I was about 40 min late returning my van when a family was waiting on it. They were so nice to me when I arrived. An accident had kept me, but the office manager lady and the guests were so polite n understandable. Highly recommend and highly fair on rentals around this area. Will use again if needed for sure!!

I called to rent a van and when the rep told me one was available I told him I was on my way. In the ten minutes it took me to get there, they rented the van to someone else.The owner apologized and found me a van for the time period that I needed at the u-haul in destin.I was frustrated at first but the owner fixed the issue right there.
