So my husbands birthday is approaching and I wanted to get him a gold necklace. We got to the store early and waited for over an hour for them to open at 11am. We entered the store at 11:03 to 3 sales reps 1 of which was preoccupied with 2 customers, the 2nd standing to the left counter and the 3rd standing directly facing the door. I was taken aback that none waved, greeted or even simply looked our way to acknowledge that we entered as is customary and what Im use to when going to these stores. Anyways we proceeded to the necklaces and admired those in the showcase to see which we would be interested in purchasing. Few mins passed still no acknowledgment. A couple walked in after us and they were immediately met with a bright and chirpy greeting by the rep facing the door, beckoning them over, she proceeded to inquire the purpose of their visit so she can assist, she walked pass us at the counter we were standing no acknowledgment still (we are a black couple by the way) and went around to assist the guests. My husband now started to feel insulted, I told him lets leave ( I did not want to create a scene) we stepped outside in total awe and shock as to what just happened. After a minute my husband decided lets go back in and bring this to someones attention as it just did not sit well with us. We re entered the store and the rep to the left greeted us this time. We walked back down to the necklace counter and she came down to inquire on the purpose of our visit. My husband promptly used the opportunity to express how he felt about when we entered earlier. She awkwardly apologized. We ofcourse decided not to spend our money at this store.As my husband asked when he spoke to the rep that greeted us when we entered the 2nd time how do you acknowledge some customers and disregard some is there a particular system as to how customers are handledHer reply no 1st come, 1st served so she is sorry that happened.If so, it makes you wonder how on the start of the stores day. With little to no one in the store we were left ignored and walked pass as we stood there waiting for assistance.

I do not know how many times I’ve called over the last several days. But this location will not answer the phone. And customer service said the store I purchased my ring from is the only place that can help me.

Awesome group here had amazing costumer service will go back in the future because this is a brand you can trust and they will be around for many more years mean while many jewelery places are having going out of business sales. Zales is PERMANENT and there warranty guarantee will be up held 100 years from now.
Terrible service I came to the store 2 times at 6:15 pm and the store is closed. The hours they have at the entrance indicate that they closed until 7pm also I called the number to the store indicated no one answers.

I went to the store to get 2 watch batteries replaced. There were 3 Sales people present when I first walked in and 2 customers. I looked around for about 5 minutes, 1 customer left and that salesperson came over to great me after being ignored by who I am assuming is the Manager. When I asked if they were changing watch batteries, she asked the Manager and he replied “not today”. Upon asking why, I was told by the Sales Lady “because of Covid”. They simply didn’t want to mess with the batteries, I’m certain if I was buying a new watch, it would have been a totally different story. I could have even left the watches and picked up at a later time. Very rude Management and disrespectful.
The ring that I purchase here is not the same design because they need to resize and the gemstone holder is not level I’m very disappointed I’m going to refund my money today and return back this ring
Should have read the reviews before going here. At first I was very happy, they were very helpful and I got an amazing deal on a ring, but then..... Off to get it sized and the drama begins. I was originally told 10 business days, so after that I called and they said oh, no, its 2-3 weeks. I waited over 2 weeks and asked again. I was then told in the system it showed work complete hopefully they will ship it out today. I waited a couple days and called back again. Was then told they were finishing up and they would call the vendor and ask to hurry with it. I stopped in the store a couple days later and was told in the system it says vendor just received it.... Ugh yet another different story. Today I called and was told again that they were finishing up my ring tonight and shipping it tomorrow should be in store on Saturday. I dont believe it one bit! Today is 3 weeks and who knows when I will ever receive my ring....
Service was good...However, my ring was promised to be shipped to us a week before the wedding date and did not. Was shipped a week later. It took over 6 weeks. Had to change our wedding plans. Also, when I got the ring it was still the same size it was when I tried it on in the store. Now I have to ship it back to them.. on my dime and to get it sized again. Or take it to the nearest store with is 2 hours away.

This young lady has one of the best personalities I have even witnessed! Do your self a favor and ask for Kira when making a visit to Zales and have a great jewelry shopping experience!!!
Great place, amazing staff, friendly, new feel, best merchandise around, great prices.Went in to their Custom show and it amazing. Picked out my diamond and setting and got engaged that evening. Was totally shocked.

My husband and I sent our rings off to get cleaned, re-dipped, mine re-sized and had to have a diamond replaced. Well my husbands ring came back 2-3 weeks later and they never even fixed my ring! The Diamond was still missing and the metal was still bent. Now, it had to be sent off another week & a half, 2 weeks to be replaced. I hope to not deal with them anymore again! We have waited so patiently and still having to wait!

My husband purchased my wedding ring drt at Zales 24 years ago. Believe it or not, I have taken my set back ever six months to be cleaned and checked. This dilligence has paid off. Ive had to have a couple of my smaller diamonds replaced and because of having been dilligent, Ive never had to pay for replacementsZales sticks by its word if you do your part.
Bought a mans linked bracelet..its too large and I wanted to get it aadjusted. No go, have to buy warrantee for 30$. The day before christams it was 25$.Really? If my BF were with me and it was too large what would they have done to get the sale.This place sucks.
50$ rip off!!Today (durng the pouring rain) I was recommended by a friend in the biz to go see Zales Outlet. I called and explained i had six (6) watches that needed batteries, and the lady told me she would replace them for $50.I took them immediately, and was greeted by the lady, who took them an solicited the help of another person.After a short while I was told one Bulova was broken, ( it had not been before) and three others would have to go to a competitor to have batteries replaced, another Bulova, a Sparo, a Pulsar and a Concord.So I asked for the charge, the lady reiterated that she had told me $50 for 6.Then HE told me $37.50, I left him with $40 and received no change and left the rip-off artists abruptly.NO MORE ZALES!

Had been shopping around for some time and came across the zales outlet in destin and worked with a woman named Darcy. Outstanding service, she was nothing short of absolutely perfect, made every effort to meet a very specific need within my price limitations as well as recommend me to other jewelers to seek other options. I ended up going with another location but this store will definitely be at the top of my shopping list when it is time to purchase jewelry again. Again AMAZING SERVICE, highly recommended
