My husband bought me a necklace and diamond earrings for Christmas and the necklace broke the first day I wore it. I took it back to exchange it and was told that they can’t exchange it, they can only have it repaired which will take a couple weeks. I expressed my concern that I didn’t want a band-aid fix when I only had it for a day, and the employee was rude and not at all helpful. I decided to return it after all of this and they almost didn’t let me return it, saying that the item has to be in “pristine condition” for a return. The necklace was obviously not “pristine” when sold to my husband. I would’ve given one star, but, we purchased a ring there months back and did have good service; nothing like what I just experienced. We will certainly be taking our business elsewhere.

We had the best experience at Reed’s! My fiancé and I purchased both of our wedding bands here. We were able to find the perfect wedding band for my fiancé, and also worked to create mine as well. Robert was incredibly helpful, patient, and so kind throughout the entire process. I had planned to use the diamonds from one of my grandmother’s rings for my wedding band, and Robert ordered a couple bands that I liked for me to look at before customizing it with my family’s diamonds. It turned out beautifully, and I am so grateful to have this ring forever!

We ended up purchasing a Tag Formula 1 for my wife from Alex. She was AMAZING. It was very low pressure and she took plenty of time showing my wife options and letting her try on as many as she wanted. I love they are privately owned and the prices and service are amazing. I’ve visited Reeds in the Destin Commons on two occasions; once with someone who was buying a wedding band and once as someone who was shopping for an engagement ring. Both times the service was excellent. As soon as you walk through the door someone is there to help you if needed. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Tiffany was extremely friendly and helpful! She helped me look at different shapes, sizes, and styles of engagement rings and figure out which one I liked best. They also have a pretty good selection and will help you to customize a ring to your liking so it will truly feel like yours. So overall I would definitely recommend Reeds for your jewelry needs!

Where to begin. This was such a wonderful experience for my girlfriend and I. We had been to a few other jewelers before we came to Reeds. He was great, and talked with confidence and ease, ultimately calming my nerves. This was the most expensive gift I had ever bought for someone. He showed me several options within my price range and provided honest feedback. Several years later, my husband still wears it everyday. The Engagement Ring that we finally chose was from the combined help of both Alex and Zach. I chose a forever mark ring, with its unique design, thin band, and vibrant color, after some research, found it could not be offered or built anywhere else. During our engagement, which was slightly over two years, Both Alex and Zach assisted us in the purchases of both of my two silver wedding bands and my husbands band.
