Best way to get around Destin! I wish I caught the drivers name (it was a young man and I know it wasnt Patrick since he said Patrick would be the driver tomorrow). But we took an amazing sunset cruise on the way to our destination and a quiet drive exploring the harbor learning a lot about Destin on the way back at night. It was unexpectedly one of my favorite parts of vacation. Would take this taxi again any day of the week. Theyre so accommodating, reasonable, and knowledgeable.

Best kept secret in Destin! We took the boat taxi from our condo in Holiday Isle to Boshamps… Patrick was so accommodating with our changing family schedule… He made it so fun… It’s literally a hidden gem of the bay…!

By far the coolest way to get around while in the harbor. You get to even do a little sight seeing, too.

We purchased a round trip with the taxi company. The first trip was great but the return trip was with different person. We were given a token to turn in for our return, so the taxi driver knew we already paid. We were rudely treated, as if we counterfeited the token. Once verified with the other driver via phone, it was dropped. I dont appreciate being treated criminally nor the rude treatment.

We used them last year to shuttle back and forth from Holiday Isle to Harborwalk. This year we waited thirty minutes for pickup (last year it was around five minutes every time) and told the driver we would be needing a pickup later for the return trip. They never answered our calls and texts, and left us stranded (around 9 pm). We had to Uber home. Super disappointing and will NOT be depending on them for a ride again.

Great service for your relaxed, non-driving night down at the Harbor. Pick up waits can be a little long, so call ahead! Jimmy and April are great to chat with as you head anywhere on the harbor! Cant wait to be on one of their boats heading to the Boathouse for a beer......ahhhhhhj.

Captain Jimmy Crawford is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. We have been using him for 6 years when we do not want to fight traffic. Always got a smile and always humble. Great business and greats great service.

We Love Capt. Jimmy!!!!☀ Anytime we want to get anywhere in the Destin Harbour, we Call him. Straight to the Dock he comes to take us Wherever we want to go. But what we love most, sometimes....Just Riding along and Soaking up a bit of Sun and leaving the Driving, Lol, to Capt. Jimmy!! Leave Your Car at Home and Call them. This is one of the Most Enjoyable things we do here. And the Cost is absolutely Agreeable!! Highly Recommend!!!!☀

What a unique mode of transportation to visit our harbor establishments. My husband & I have been using the Destin Water Taxi service for over 3 years now. Our favorite is Capt Crystal (no offense Capt Jimmy). 😉 She is THE BOMB! She is friendly, outgoing & makes even the shortest rides entertaining. The views from the taxi are amazing! A must do while visiting Destin.

If most of the people give Crystal and Jimmy a 5 star rating, you have to wonder about the one s (or one) that didn’t like them. They are by far the best way to travel on the harbor. Very professional and extremely nice. We always get sad when the weather doesn’t allow them to run. Love Destin Watertaxi!!!!

Managed to lose hold of the key to my jet ski.... lost it in the current, and found ourselves stranded on crab island. I was Completely defeated and was turned down by a few people for a tow. These guys volunteered to take time out of their day to tow us back to the landing and even helped us dock safely. Couldn’t thank them enough! This is how they treat people who are not even their customers! Thanks again

The Destin Water Taxi is awesome !!! Mr. Jimmy Crawford told us he would be there in 10 minutes arrived on time and referred us to some great restaurants. This is definitely a have to when you come to Destin !!

There is not a better way to get to Destins Harbor Walk Village than the water taxi if you are anywhere on Holiday Isle. The Captains Crystal and Jimmy are very helpful in recommending great places to eat and things to do in Destin. Beats driving in traffic and trying to find a place to park. They dropped us off at one bar and picked us up at another after we were tired of walking. Looking forward to our next visit.

What a ride! My family paid for the all day ticket and boated all over the harbor. Walking is over rated when you can call Capt. Jimmy and he comes right to where you are on the water and picks you right up. The boat is a old navy boat and really neat. Capt. Jimmy can tell you all about it when you ride with him. It was really cool when the sun went down and he took us to our condo on holiday isle. Cant wait to get back to Destin and take a ride with Capt. Jimmy again!

Best way to visit crab island. Only way I’d ever go and I’m a local and I just sold my boat. Why waste the effort and money on upkeep of a boat anymore.

Definitely do not pay for the round trip! We enjoyed the ride over to the harbor but when it was time to come back, he told us to wait. We watched him going by with only two adults. I guess he didnt want to ruin their ride by picking up small children. I called back and he said a storm was coming and he had to get off the water. A storm did come and we got soaked waiting on a taxi. I did try to call and get a refund but no one would return my calls. Buyer beware!

Destin Water Taxi is the best way to get around the Destin Harbor. Captain Jimmy and Captain Crystal are absolutely amazing!!!!

Nice people but very unreliable. They are down to one boat so the wait can be for up to 1to 2hrs + if they even show up at all! When you have already payed for a round trip for you & the wife its just a big ripe off! Oh and just a heads up they advertise $15 all day round trips only to find out thats no longer available! Do yourself a favor and call a cab. Or when the Water Taxi lets you down youll find them lined up in front of Aj,s! For a lot less you can load up a hole group of friends.
