My boyfriend and I took the 3hr Crab Island shuttle. Everything was super easy to schedule and instructions were clear. They were punctual, and Kirk and McCoy (our crew) were very fun, friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everyone was safe and had a great time. Highly recommend and would 1000% do it again next trip!

This was 0ne of the best times we had on our vacation. The crew was great. Enjoyed the inflatables, paddle boards, and the kayaks. Went in an hour early to find a parking spot and got lucky with one spot left. The captain and crew were helpful and even found a puffer fish while we were out there.

The captain and other crew member were super nice, helpful & fun at the water inflatables and made it a fantastic time for us and my 3 boys!

The whole experience was great!! The crew that was on the boat was excellent! Super friendly and they were nice enough to even grab our drinks out of our cooler for us while we were in the water. Definitely worth the money!

The service was great from the tickets to the end with pictures. The girls had a blast and so did I. I didnt realize how much fun I would have since I was more focused on the teens having fun! The captain was great! I highly recommend!

This tour was a blast! My boys loved the inflatables and going to crab island. The best part of our experience was when the captain let my boys (8 & 5) “drive” the boat. It was such a special memory for them and they’ve talked a it ever since! They also took my boys to a certain spot on Crab Island to hunt for hermit crabs. I appreciate the time they took make sure we all had a memorable experience.

Our family of 4 had a blast on this adventure tour! My husband and I are 50 years old and we LOVED the inflatables!! Captain Sam was amazing as was her sidekick. They were so knowledgeable about the area and the species. We saw dolphins, jellyfish, crabs, shrimp, and even a stingray! The 4 hours fly by and will leave you wanting more! We are definitely doing this again!

We had a great time on our trip!! We delayed booking and missed the 4 hour trip so I recommend booking early, but the kids still enjoyed the 2.5 hour adventure! We even saw dolphins on our trip out! We would book with them again!

The water was perfect and the area is so beautiful. We saw tiny fish at our feet and our boat captain kept us entertained. She pumped up the music and was catching crabs with her bare hands! I wanted to just stay in the water all day! I would definitely do this again. We tossed the football, ate ice cream, jumped in and bounced off the inflatables. I’ve been telling all my friends about this place. Well worth the trip and a good way to pass some time. You can even bring your own snacks or even drinks to mix in if you see the coconut water/juice boat come by.

Excellent experience!! Our family had a great time and it was a blast watching our 8 and 5 year olds paddle boarding, and enjoying the inflatable water park.

Fun times...We had an awesome experience! The music was great and all of our special requests were played... we made alot of new friends and the staff was very professional yet knew how to have a good time. Highly recommended and will return again next year!!

Fantastic, fun but short lived getaway! We couldve stayed out for hours more, but alas we had to go on back to the shore. Me and my crew had the best time! The water was so nice- but no human can take credit for that! We loved it !! If and when we are back in the area we would most definitely take another CISB tour out to Crab Island. Its a must see and a great experience!

The captain was awesome. Very nice lady and very knowledgeable. What we didn’t like was that not even water was provided considering we paid $83 plus taxes and your company couldn’t even do at least that. This meant we had to lug our cooler with us across that rocky driveway to the boat, and for what we paid, I mean, at least water should have been provided. I also expected the floats to be more extensive and maybe some floats for the older people would have been nice. The water where the floats were wasn’t as nice as the water at the first stop either so we were disappointed in that. Everyone was super nice though and that made the experience very enjoyable.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful! We waited too long to book and missed out on the Crab Island tours, but went on the 2.5 h Adventure Park tour. While the adventure park is not on Crab Island, it is definitely worth the money! We brought adults and kids of all ages and everyone had so much fun. The inflatables were really fun, and the kids loved the paddle boards and snorkeling. We even saw dolphins on the way out and on the way in, the captain stopped both times and allowed us to look and get pics.

Was a great trip, we loved the snorkeling and dolphins came up real close to the boat it was amazing and crab island was awesome as well, we will definitely do this tour again

We really thought this was a beautiful trip. Our crew (possibly Captain Sam and Christian) was wonderful, and we were soo happy our tip was worth it! The kids loved looking for crabs. The adventure tour was everything we wanted to do in one place. Inflatables, kayaks, and snorkeling.

We did the Crab Island Adventure tour as well as the Sunset Firework cruise. Nick and Ian were great! They made the both boat rides very enjoyable. Crab island was so much fun to kayak around and play in the blow up floats. The also asked us if we wanted to wait out the rain instead of not caring if we got wet. Definitely recommend! So much fun one of the best parts of our trip!

The whole family had a good afternoon out. We especially liked the first stop at the inflatable and water sports area. Crab island is little underwhelming and the water was not pretty that afternoon : not their fault at all, just not sure I would bother with crab island again unless i was with adults on private pontoon/boat. Take plenty of kid and adult drinks, there’s no alcohol to buy at crab island any longer. Boat captain and her assistant were really nice, they got in the water where we played on the inflatables and timed the kids, fun time.

We had a great time. The crew was amazing and patient with all of our children aged 3 to 12! They were attentive and made sure they were never bored. Very interactive. Would love to go again!

I liked this. But definitely only do like 2 hours anymore than that is to much. The obstacle/ play area was fun the second part wasnt fun to me at crab island the water was so dirty.

We had so much fun on our trip! Our captain was sweet, knowledgeable, and played great music while on the short boat ride. My husband and I were on our honeymoon and she went the extra mile to play “our” song. I thought that was very thoughtful and was an example of her wonderful customer service. This was definitely our favorite part of our Destin vacation!

Captain Sam was so nice. Very informative about Crab Island and also about local stuff to do. She and her first mate made the trip so much fun. The adventure park was fun for all ages We will definitely be taking this trip again with Crab Island Shuttle Boat.

After booking over the phone for our party of 8, we received detailed emails informing us all cancellations and communication must occur by phone human to human or in writing. In the two days leading up to our trip, we began calling for info and details about weather impact. The day before the trip I spoke with a staff member who said conditions were fine and last minute cancellations would be made that evening. I received a voice mail 10 min before closing hours informing me to call the office. I tried calling the office which was supposed to be operating via a staff member at home until 6 pm. No answer and no return call. The morning of our tour we received a text message with address and check in time of 9 am. Our group left for the hour and a half drive to the tour location lunches packed and ready to go. Upon arrival we were informed the tour had been postponed until 11 am. Violating their own communication policies, this company seemed indifferent at best that our whole day was now ruined when we could have had the courtesy of the sameknowledge their own staff had that the trip time was changed and we could have made other fun arrangements. Instead we’ve wasted gas, time, and opportunity cost. While the weather is out of their control, communication is critical. There was no apology issued. Only a refund. Cannot recommend at all.

This boat ride was exactly what we were looking for. We had a friendly, helpful crew. There were boxes under the seats to store our things. We could bring our own food/drinks if we wanted. The crew anchored the boat and stayed there to help us blow up inflatables, get drinks, throw away trash without getting out the water, take pictures, and they recommended shops to visit on Crab Island. Great experience overall!

We took the 3hr adventure tour and we all had a blast! All of the staff were extremely courteous and helpful! The boat crew even blew up rafts for us and delayed our return to the slip for a few minutes so we could watch dolphins playing in the water near us! Would definitely purchase again!

Best experience ever! Friendly service that went above and beyond several times. Capt Sean was great and took the time to explain any possible dangers (like inexperienced boat renters) and other topics. Parking was a little tough but they forewarned us of that. We would definitely take the trip again with them.

The entire experience was great. We got a little turned around trying to locate your building but they even called us to make sure we were close! The tour guides were funny and gave good information about Destin. One of them even played catch with the water skimming ball with my nephew! I would definitely recommend and I will do this again the next time Im in Destin!

We decided to book this after arriving in Destin and we were not disappointed. Captain Shawn & First Mate Mike were so knowledgeable, nice and chill! Two hours is just the right amount of time for this outing. Bring cash with you for food, drinks, and t-shirts. The water is just beautiful and so worth the trip! Would recommend this company to anyone who asked. We will definitely go back next time we are in town!!

We had the 3 hour tour on 7/2 with captain Shawn & mate Shawn Slim our 1st time there ever and they were awesome as could be, played music, interactive with everyone on board, joked a bit, Im not a boat person and they made the day go smoothly! They were concerned with everyone for when we left as the water was very choppy and with the winds and riptide they wanted to give everyone warnings even when our time was done with them for the day!

Highly recommend. Captain Rick and Michael made this the best experience! We were in Destin for my bachelorette trip and our visit to crab island was the highlight of our weekend, thanks to this awesome crew. After our time on the water, they ended our day with a ride home on a party bus! These folks are top notch. Down to earth and accommodating! Thank y’all for the best day!

The experience for us was very family friendly. I loved how the Captain interacted with the younger kids on the tour.

The water was yellowish when we first arrived around 9:45 but it became clear and clean in about an hour. It was a bit cloudy so it was a bit cold so i recommend going in the afternoon unless you know it will be sunny. Otherwise it was nice visiting crab island via the shuttle boat.

Shawn and Mike who run this boat were great! It was my first time to Crab Island . i was alone and a little nervous about going somewhere new. They made everyone on this trip feel good. They are fun and yet professional guys. With the permission of captain, Mike let me fly him in acro bird ! Some people choose to stay by boat and dance to fun tunes, some adventured to inflatable obsticals. We also saw dolphins while going to the island. Also if you have questions their operator girl is easy to reach by phone.

My family and I had never been to Crab Island. We did the Crab Island Adventure Tour and we all LOVED it! Everyone was so helpful and nice. We definitely recommend their services, and would book again!

Worst details ever about location on the website! We were on the pier running up an down with our six kids and ended up ten minutes late! So therefore the 378$ we paid was lost to us an free gain to them! No refund is a joke! After you get a tex while running up an down the pier on where to go with six kids! Highway robbery!

We had a reservation for a 3 pm trip. Unfortunately my son fell sick and threw up about 30 minutes before the trip. I called the company and left them a voicemail about his condition and asked them about rescheduling. I then got a call from Becca who asked me where we were. She was totally unaware of my voicemail. I explained to her about our situation. She told me that the only option was to reschedule for Sunday. I then told her that I will check with my family and let her know if we can make it today. I called the office right back and told them that we were on our way. All of my messages were ignored on purpose. We reached their office at 3:02 pm and they told me that the boat had already left. I asked them why they didn’t return any of my calls. They just kept repeating that their check in time was 2:30pm. I felt my family received this unprofessional treatment because of our minority background.

My husband and I had a blast! Super fun and we will definitely do it again! We were able to kayak and paddle board for the first time at the first location. We ate, drank, and chilled at Crab Island. All of the crew were very friendly and even interacted with everyone to make the experience even more enjoyable! We loved it! 💜

Captain Shawn and his first mate were awesome. They made the boat ride out to Crab Island fun and entertaining. Capt. Shawn told us all out the history of Crab Island, why its best to charter a boat to get there. He also gave instructions on how to avoid incoming/outgoing boats that may have less experienced boat drivers to keep us safe.Once there, they were very attentive to everyone who was on the boat and would fetch whatever you needed so you didnt have to keep getting on/off the boat.Bring some cash to Crab Island if you are interested in purchasing ice cream, boiled peanuts, t-shirts, etc. Boats come by just like an ice cream truck selling snacks and goodies. Captain Shawn has the vendors on speed dial, and can call them over if you want something. I recommend the Cajun boiled peanuts. They were a treat!We had an amazing time and will definitely do it again.

The male staff we had during and on our boat was amazing, they were helpful, informative, funny and energetic. The staff helped fill our floats with air, they interacted with us when we were all doing the activities. They cracked jokes and got us to laugh and enjoy the ride. The young lady that was there was not as friendly, to me she seemed like something was wrong or she was irritated. But even with that we had a great time.

The waterslide was a blast for all ages! Great boat driver who was fun and informative!

This tour was absolutely amazing and worth every penny! We got to do so many things! The inflatables was so much fun and it is just you and the people on the boat that get to enjoy it no one else, which is amazing as I thought is was open to the public!! We had a really good excursion with them! I rated it 4 start only because when we got out to crab island, none of the inflatables are there any longer so our kiddos were a bit disappointed. That has nothing to do with this company though.....not their fault. Its just information I think that is worth sharing.I will say that our boat captain and his partner for the tour were great. They were very knowledgeable and caring and just great people to talk with. It was worth a 3-4 hour visit.
