I waited a few months to do this review... Joseph was professional, adequately explained SunTek products, their differences and dangers of not using proper films on home and condo tinting especially on upper floors. This film dramatically reduced heat and UV damage on my 10th floor condo! It has held up beautifully and the gray tone I chose does not diminish our million dollar view! They cleaned windows before and after install and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend!

I have used Emerald Coast Customs multiple times now. They have done window tint on two of my vehicles and most recently put privacy tint on the windows on my house. The tint on my car is over 2 years old and still looks the same as the first day they installed it. Joe and the team have always been very helpful and professional. I highly recommend this company!

We got tint put on our front windows to help decrease the temperature in that part of the house and for more privacy. Prior to the tint, it was around 20 degrees hotter by the windows and now it stays the same temperature as the rest of the house. Also without it, you could see straight through our house but now you just see a reflection of the palm trees even though they still look just like windows.

I recently had my windows tinted at Emerald Coast Customs. They gave me a good recommendation on the type of tint that was best for my situation, scheduled me with an appointment within a couple of days and my tint looks awesome. My car with black interior is much cooler with the ceramic tint than just the factory tint. I plan to call them back this week to buy some rain guards and some roof racks for my SUV.

I cannot say enough good things about this business. First of al, l I had my windows tinted last summer and they did a great job. Very professional and attention to detail. My most recent experience was this past Saturday when I curbed one of my rims. I called them and spoke with Joseph and he immediately gave me the reassurance that he could probably fix it and allowed me to send him some pictures right away. He worked me in that following Monday morning and I dropped my car off and picked it up that same afternoon and to my shock and surprise, it looked like the rim had never even been damaged at all! My fourth vehicle tinted from them and still the BEST!!!

You can imagine the hesitation one might have in bringing a Ferrari 488 Spider to a small shop for the first time knowing the install of an Escort Max Ci would require some pretty intricate work. I have two Porsches that each have Escort systems that were installed by the Porsche dealer in Atlanta so this was the first time going off the reservation for me. But ECC was listed on Escorts site as an authorized installer so I decided Id give them a try.I spoke with Jason over the phone, placed the order for the Max Ci and once it arrived we scheduled the install. Jason was honest with me letting me know they had never done a 488 before but had experience with other exotics including Ferraris and he was confident they could do it right. And they did; the install went flawlessly. Jason texted me photos of proposed locations for the display and control modules and the sensors BEFORE attaching them. He kept me up to date as the install progressed and it was done on time and at the price he quoted.I would definitely recommend them and will certainly go back when that new Urus comes out later this year.

Great job done on our vehicle! Good product selection and the warranty that comes with it gave us peace of mind. The best part - they squeezed us in the next day after we called. We were able to negotiate a reasonable deal by bundling up the tinting with some speakers and a car TV installed for our boys. Well definitely bring our second vehicle soon.

Requested a quote to wrap a new 2018 Wrangler Unlimited in XPEL. The price was in-line with what I expected for this type of work which, if you do any research, youll discover is definitely not cheap. That being said, you vehicle will look absolutely pristine for years to come. Grill, full hood, front and rear fenders including flares, as well as the A-pillars and windshield surround. Id upload a photo but theres nothing to see - the install was perfect. After seeing the results Im confident it was totally worth the price of admission.

I planned on getting the windows tinted on my SUV. I’m not from Florida so guys checked on maximum tint allowed for the state I live in. I was really impressed with their honesty because they told me the dark tint I wanted wasn’t allowed in my state. They could have gone ahead and done it and I would have had to remove it when my car wouldn’t pass inspection later this year. I saved a lot of money thanks to their honesty. I would trust Emerald Coast on giving advice if you’re unsure of a purchase.

Had some speaker work done. The diagnosis was different than expected, so they REPAIRED, the issue rather than replacing, which saved me $. Also had some body work done, pinstripe and trim pieces removal, with full body buff and headlight renewal. Looks and sounds great! Chris is the man and treated me fairly and was very communicative throughout. Had my windows tinted several yrs ago by this group and they still look great. Obviously doesnt want the business or have the time to even call someone back. After speaking to the front desk guy 2-3 times on 2 or 3 different days over the last month i have not receieved a call back to schedule the work i want done, havent receieved a call back for a quote on the work, and all 3 interactions with him he said he would get back to me and ive been the one to call back every time just to hear him say he will get back to me. Dont waste your time here!

I took my vehicle to ECC for a window tint. I will say that my relationship with them did not start off on the right foot, due to an hour wait before I could not wait any longer and left. However, later that day, Jeff, the installer, called me very apologetic and took on full responsibility. He asked me to give them a second chance and he would make it right. In my book, any shop owner who is willing to do that gets my full respect, so I returned. Jeff met me apologized again and stopped what he was doing to take care of my window tint. He took 17 minutes from taking my truck in to bringing it out and what an amazing job he did. If you need your windows tinted I recommend you taking your vehicle here. Had my car tinted here and the staff were very friendly and helpful in deciding what tint percentage would be best for me. $250 for a 28/15/15 Suntek ceramic tint on everything but the windshield on my sedan is a really good deal for the area (FYI if you are debating tinting your car: it’s 100% worth it especially with the hot summer coming around!)

The people are nice and courteous enough. I took my 2017 Panamera and had them install a clear bra set up. Upon pickup there were a significant number of imperfections in the install that I was promptly instructed to give it 3-4 weeks to settle out and it should be good. It ended up being 3-4 months before I got back with the guy for him to check it over. He agreed that parts of it needed to be redone but had to get with the factory since it would be a warranty thing. Months go by....nothing. I call and I am told they have my replacement film but now they are really busy. It sucks to not question price and dont play when its time to pay, and in return get substandard support on an issue that is 100% in their wheelhouse.I dont want money back, just fix the orgasm left on the front of my car. Come on guys.4/24/2018Management contacted me and was eager to get the problem resolved at my earliest convenience.Before scheduling they drove out to my house to properly recon the situation and to be sure to have any material needed when the appointment day came.Appoint day came, I dropped off the Porsche, and waited anxiously for the call to come and get the car. I told them take your time, I dont need the car back in a rush.Well when I went over to pick the car up all I can say is WOW! Beautiful job gentlemen!As a business owner I understand all about things not going as planned, it happens. These guys did something to my car that everyone says is impossible. They put in a double din kit into my 2011 Honda Pilot. I took my car in to get it checked out, they did tell me that it would be a trial and error job. It came out awesome. If you have a Honda Pilot between the years of 2009 to 2013, and want a double din installed take it to these guys. Jason hooked my car up. Thabks again guys.
