Lee and the crew were all such gentlemen and very curious to our group. We had a big party with lots of kids and they were patient with us and got us everything we needed to have a nice little bike cruise. Bikes ride well, we had a pull behind that was able to fit 2 small kids. If you need a bike to just casually ride around the strip and enjoy the views I would highly recommend this rental place.

One of Fanta Seas renters ran into my parked vehicle when I was at work. I called them to let the know that the renter was injured and the guy on the phone immediately launched into me about how they werent liable for any damages. It was good to see where his priorities are. Its all about the $$$Make sure you understand what you are signing up for with their agreement. Basically, they arent responsible for anything even though I see their broken down machines all over Scenic Gulf Drive on a daily basis. Also know that your full coverage insurance may not cover you being on a scooter or motorcycle leaving you to pay out of pocket for all your damages. I was left with a lovely dent on my car and had to pay out of pocket because their renter wont pick up the phone anymore (Yes, I did get a police report).

These guys are awesome! When we were rained out they accommodated us and made our day great despite the conditions! Definitely stop here on your vacation!

Rented a scooter for a week since I couldn’t find a rental car, the staff was helpful & friendly. Scooter was a ton of fun. Had trouble finding an Uber whe. I dropped off and the manager offered to call a friend who does rideshare for me. Ended up finding an Uber though. Highly recommend!

Unprofessional. Unsafe. Terrible customer service and experience. There really is nothing nice to say about this place at all. If you have kids interested in renting something, take them someplace else.

So we rented 7 mopeds to cruise around for two hours. We had a blast ! Took the Scenic Hwy down to Hutchinson, across 98 (cant go on Rte 98 due to regulations) to Mall. Had a to-go ice cream or shake or snack, then back to Scenic Hwy, the East as far as we could. Lotta fun. Saw some hotdogging from other groups.

If you want a real life Mario Kart, this is the best place to rent the scooter cars! Easy to rent, make sure you have your drivers license with you. Under 16 years old wears a helmet. Rented for an hour $50 and it was more than enough. We just drove along the strip, towards West if you go all the way to the end, theres a resort parking area you can turn around. We went around twice and made it back under an hour.

I absolutely enjoyed this place, Lee and Robert made it so worth it. The service and care for my fiance and me were above and beyond. Lee explain stuff to us to make sure we were safe. Robert was will to work with us when we wanted to upgrade and try every product, even the ice cream. I would highly recommend this to everyone.

Got the scooter car and it was falling apart breaks where shot the rear one was even connected properly felt like the back wheel kept moving up and down rented it for 3 hrs and only drove it for 20 mins would not go here for rentals

Our family rented 2 golf carts and was talked into the “winter rate” for 5 days. The checkout process took forever, I think it was a new employee?? We immediately had buyers remorse once we drove off the lot. My FIL took his back with issues and they traded him out one. It was worse. They would not let us return them to get our money back. I would highly suggest a one day rental just to see if it’s something for you, or you’ll be out hundreds of dollars. Awful experience, but we learned a lesson.

Not a good experience... Paid $107 to rent two scoot cars for one hour and was told we had to pay $10 for gas when we returned them. No one said anything to us about purchasing gas. Never been charged extra for gas when I go to the go cart track.

I never write reviews, and regret that my first isn’t agreeable.Speaking as someone who is badly injured from this company, they do not maintain their vehicles, or care about your life.My wife and I drove one of these faulty, unchecked pieces of junk alongside cars on the local road as we watched the speedometer fail, the gas gauge fail, and eventually at approx. 20mph—the BRAKES and STEERING fail.We got into a tragic accident that threw us from the vehicle as it leaked gas and attracted half of Miramar beach to the wreck. A police officer noted that it was rusted out all through the bottom.We were carried away on stretchers and braces in an ambulance, only to find out from the company that their waiver is air tight, and has most likely covered them from these situations for their 30 years of operation.They had no interest in helping us, and there’s nothing we can do but warn others not to support this crooked front.Enjoy your stay in Destin! Look out for this spot.

Went here 9/13 and it was my worst scooter experience yet. I’ve been coming to destin for years now and this is our 2nd time renting from this place. As we walked in around 12:30 there was an employee who was at the door inside and first things he told our group (10 of us) how many scoot-cars and how many scooters. A couple of the people in my group had never been here before and wanted to see prices but he made us choose right then and there and I could tell by the look on his face he was frustrated at us because we didn’t know what we wanted. That was rude of him rolling his eyes and sighing and shaking his head. Check out process starts it goes smoothly with a different guy who was a lot more polite. We get sent out to the front and we start looking at the carts and they all look beat up. The guy who we first met was out there to set us up. As we were getting set up it didn’t sound like instructions he reminded me of a nagging parent. As he was “explaining” he showed us the functions of the scooters. He referenced the horn button and mentioned on some scooters it will work and some won’t. We honked to check and he said “And that’s why they don’t work because you use them for no reason” by this point I was tired of his raunchy attitude. We had to be back at 5:30 and we left at 1 and paid for 5 hours they should start when we leave. One of our member throttles the scooter and it didn’t even go past 3mph and we Only rode 50 feet before one was already broken. We switched it and drove about a mile and the scooter we had switched for had a flat tire. After Finally getting to ride for 30 mins a scoot-car goes down after a loud pop. Called them and they arrived in 10 mins and brought us another one. After another 30 mins we go to eat and when we returned to the scooters the scoot-car that was exchanged wouldn’t start now. Called them again said they would be there in 20 mins we waited 35 mins and drove to them instead with the working scooters just to bring another scoot-car so we could continue our time. While returning them the raunchy guy comes out and sighs and says let’s inspect them. First thing he points out is a loose blinker that he actually had tucked in to its place at the beginning. We all watched him do that so we thought he was joking but he was serious and I had it with this guy. By the way we didn’t get any compensation for any of the time that was wasted by their badly maintained scooters. I will seriously never return to this place. Best scooter rental place I’ve went to before this was costal cruisers. Please save your time these scooters are in bad condition don’t put yourself or anyone you know in danger!

This is the best place on Miramar Beach to rent scooters from I believe they have two locations. Ive had family members rent scooters from the competition out on the main drag, and had a family member end up with his credit card information compromised and used.The difference between them and this establishment is they shred your credit card information right in front of you before you leave and theyre very fair about the timing they will make sure you get every minute of what you paid for and if you happen to be a few minutes late because you were gassing up...no biggie, they just would like for you to give them a call and let them know thats the most important thing.PLUS, THE OWNERS ARE SUPER COOL AND YOU WILL NEVER FIND A BETTER PRICE IN THIS AREA.. ITS SIMPLE YOU CAN LOOK RIGHT ON THE BROCHURES. AND YOURE STILL DRIVING BRAND-NEW EQUIPMENT!!!

Service here is amazing! Unfortunately our car broke down on us, and they gave us another car for free for 4 hours! Definitely recommend, nicest guy’s around.

DO NOT recommend. Scooter broke down 15 minutes into 60 minute rental ($55). We called 3 times to come pick us up, waited 45 minutes outside in heat, and never got a ride. Had to call family to pick us up. Refused refund. Terrible customer service.

Rented 4 scooters and a scootcar and ended up getting into it with two of the guys that work there. They had the tried to blame a hanging turn signal on me and it was like that when we got it .

I got some bait from here. The service was excellent the bait was cheap. And there was a lot of different items to buy for a low price.

We rented a scooter car at 2pm for 3 hours (80$). We returned it at 2:21pm. The car kept dying on us. It happened on a busy street and we were almost struck by a vehicle behind us. We were given no refund even though it was faulty equipment. The staff was rude. An old man in a chair looked at me and said he wasnt a mechanic. Well maybe they need to hire one. Not to mention the 20 minutes we had it we were followed by a sketchy guy that worked there with a long beard who claimed he could hear what I was saying. I felt less safe in this rental than ever before in my life. Rent anywhere else.

Nice staff. We have rented from here multiple times over a 4 year period and have never had problems .They have also extended our rental times to account for rainy days on a couple occasions. Very pleased.

Simply put: we had fun but I doubt we will go there ever againThe older gentleman that greeted us outside really made the sale for us. But the lady inside behind the counter was not as friendly. I feel like if you’re going to be in customer service, be nice. Or at least courteousAnyways, we quickly got along our way after a 10 minute explanation of the scooter bike and the scooter carAfter driving back and forth on the strip (which is basically the only place you’re allowed), we decided to stop and eat. Our bike ended up having a flat and was difficult to restart. So we made a quick last run of the strip and then dropped it a little earlyThings to know:- you have to be 16 and up to drive- the scooter car is $60 for 2 hours- the scooter bike is $35 for 2 hours- they have a sign about tipping your helpers out front; we didn’t- despite paying the prices above, you are still required to go to the shell station down the road to fill up gas (it’s only like a dollar... but still, I’m paying $60 for a very worn down motor car and IM the one required to go fill it up?? doesn’t add up to me)Side note: my friends also did the rentals. they give it 1 star because the seat belt got stuck and had bike issues, felt like the management were super rude, etc

Rented the 2 seater option. Helmets are included for the little ones at no additional cost. $50.00 for the the first hr and $15.00 for each additional hr. Theres a simple policy on gas...its full when you take it and just fill it up on return. Now theres not a reverse option. You would have to push it and please no sharp turns. Twist the handle to take of and squeeze the handle to break.

I have nothing bad to say about this place. It is a good place to go for scooter rentals. Nothing particularly stands out as being a reason to go here over other rental places.People are nice. Plenty of scooters and bikes and other motorized scooter vehicles.The gift shop is small and has mostly sea animal jewelery like sea shell necklaces and sand dollar kind of things.

Customer service here is lacking. Not the most welcoming attitude from staff. Our scooter stopped working and they took a while to come pick us up and exchange. Even though we were stuck for 15-20 minutes, when we brought back the replacement one the guy was more worried about gasoline level than ensuring we were satisfied and made right.We paid for 2 hours and ended up using 45 minutes total due to rain. No refund or credit was offered even after our negative experience with the first scooter. Just not the customer experience we’re used to in Texas!

Do not come here I repeat do not come here one of my buddies bikes broke down on the street and they said they were going to charged us a $75 towing fee to bring it back. Scammers! These bikes look like they are 10 years old. 75% of the bikes don’t even look Street safe with turn signals Broken and hanging off Ripped seats and barely even start. They will take advantage of you.

The racer scooters me and my family had rented had problems from the start they were not up to DOT standards and then accused us of the problems when we had returned them in the same condition that he had rented them in. very shady employees they harassed me and my family I will not rent from here again. I have pictures for proof! Im just waiting on the bill so I can sue highly do not recommend

These guys were awesome!! We rented a tandum bike and it was great. The bike was clean and well maintenced. The staff were very fun and obviously loved their jobs!

Great service and the guy Shannon was very detailed with me on the choice of motorscooter to choose, how to operate it, and the things to do and dont while I had my rental.
