My disposal died and was replaced quickly. The cooling part of the air conditioning didnt work, so until they were able to replace some of the equipment, they brought a temporary portable air conditioning unit that worked really well. The bottom coil in my oven died and was replaced quickly. Other things in my apartment that have needed to be replaced have been done quickly. Just recently, the lights in the covered parking area have been replaced with brighter lights, which is fantastic. Just recently a person was doing touch up painting in the outdoor hallways. A couple outside lights had been vandalized and were replaced. Some of the signs in the outside hallways that display the apartment numbers have been recently replaced. I have heard from neighbors here how the maintenance guys have gone above and beyond to help them when they needed repairs.

Waiting on blinds for renewing my lease. Renewed lease for April 26, 2021 requested blinds May 4,2021 should receive them within 2 weeks. Still havent received them as of June 8, 2021. Thanks

Since the day I moved Ive felt at home. The apartment is very nicely laid out and comfortable. The location of the complex is hard to beat. The grounds are nice as well, along with the pool. Overall a really nice place to live.

Nice neighborhood and pets are allowed! You can have two dogs or cats, but the only thing is they can’t weigh too much. I think it is 25 lbs. Still its nice to be able to have my pets stay with me.

The current management team is concerned only with collecting rent money. There are apartments that are way overdue for upgrades, but they are raising rent by as much as $300 monthly. The rumor is they want to drive out the elderly who they are supposed to service. Don’t be fooled. Look elsewhere.

I have lived here since 2017 and really love my apartment. Staff is friendly and maintenance is prompt. Its close to all the stores and restaurants I like to frequent. I really enjoy living here.

I have lived at the Primrose Park at Rolling Hills for almost 2 years and I love living here! The manager, office staff, and maintenance crew are the best! They are friendly, kind, helpful, and know their stuff.

It is a peaceful place to live. Sometimes people put to much trash in the dumpsters or leave it beside it, but the staff takes care of it right away. I like living here and ill renew my lease when its up.

Prairie Ranch is a wonderful community to live in. The neighbors and staff are very nice and helpful and it really is a great value for the money rent wise. I looked and couldnt find a nice place with very amenities to live for the price.
