-10 stars. They dont even deserve a star to be honest. I was in one of the group homes for about 8-9 months. The environment was not safe and my safety was put in jeopardy and had to get out ASAP!! I had a very horrible experience with this company and its staff. I dont recommend anyone put their loved ones through this company. Ive been verbally and physically abused by other clients who also resided in the same house. Staff stood there like nothing was happening and did NOTHING to help me feel safe no matter how many times I had asked for help. Staff took sides and lied to the police numerous times about whats been happening so I went to the Vice President Lu Wingfield for help to stop all of this.....and she did absolutely NOTHING either!! If they would have done something about all of this at the very beginning then maybe I wouldnt have to write a bad review

Mainstream has changed so many things over the past year and blamed it all on law changes. Laws and regulations have, in fact, changed, but its clear that most of the changes are simply to make more money. The fact of the matter is that they are running away from people that needed them most and people who are unable to care for themselves. I have no personal knowledge of their competitors, but I would recommend a person perform due diligence before choosing this organization.

Upper management is rude and supervisors are bad about communication. Also never did a think wrong but wrote up for things that was a opinion of someone else nothing to do with care of individuals.

Nice staff, make you feel comfortable and greet you as you come in.
