Crew is amazing. I love the fact the Manager on duty was quick to shut down the yelling that was taking place over free dryers. She did it in way that made everyone laugh and we did not have to get police involved. She really cares and it shows. She looks at people as people not color or race and I LOVE THIS! I also like the fact she gave this kid that would not stop yelling goldfish crackers and said that yelling is an outside voice we do not yell inside. She played with him and he chilled. Amazing service. I will be back.

Clean facility. Super sized washers with super wash option saves time and money and gets clothes clean. Staff was incredibly friendly, and helpful. Open 24hrs, and you feel safe. Security cameras in use, brightly lit, and FREE DRYERS T,W,TH FROM 7AM TO 7PM!!!!!

I used #4, hot water, $7.75. it started washing, but, there was No water coming out, i looked up it was reading 1.00 so i went ahead and put another dollar in it, very little water came out, so i put another dollar in it, there was some water, but not enough to get them as clean as should be. Says soft water, but not enough water. So i put 2 more dollars in for nothing. Gave it 5 stars, but it may change. I like the brightness . Ha

I loved going there to do my laundry, it was very clean and tidy in there; very impressive. I was having trouble with one of the machines and a girl helped me, jasmine I believe? The girl working this morning. She was very helpful and patient with me, very much appreciated.

Machines are great. Facility was pretty rough. Debris all over, trash cans full and very dusty. Of the 3 people inside i was the only one with a mask which sucks.

I love this laundromat! Its always clean and well staffed. Hard working folks! Today was an exception... I had another patron that was following me around and being creepy... THANK God for Steve!!! He took the man aside chatted with him and got him to leave. Without it being loud or awkward. Thank you Steve for knowing your surroundings and coming to my rescue!!!

This place is open 24 hours so it makes it nice for everyone. The place is always clean with a worker on duty. Just be careful about going to wash on Tuesdays as its free drying day. Theres also brand new washers and dryers. I like using the washers I can put 5 loads in at once.

I literally come here every Thursday once a week. I stay over by north high and pass atleast 3 or 4 laundry mats. But this one here BY FAR is the best one I have ever been to the customer service is BEYOND amazing, they actually care to help you or even to go as far as giving you free water when the air is down. I highly recommend this place ❤️

I love this place! I drive from across town on the south side. I met the owner and his daughter at the Douglas location about a year ago. Friendly people. I love that they keep the place clean, keep up on the maintenance of their machines. And the area manager is a super friendly gal, I appreciate hervibe!!

The staff is very helpful and welcoming! The building itself is kept very well and clean, and both the washers and dryers fit an enormous amount of clothing in them. Its very inexpensive compared to other laundromats in the Des Moines area, and Id recommend this place to anyone!

Every Tuesdays and Thursdays its free to use the dryers you just got to pay to do the wash

Great experience today! The lady was having tons of fun with us customers. The machine was jammed she was helping a guy; she started to sing, “who stole quarters from this gentleman’s hand, was it you?” To the washer. It was hilarious! My son was having a blast with her. My son got upset because she said, No to helping sweep glass up, by the looks of things maybe her car window. But She gave him goldfish and bottled water, told him he had a special job he has to do. He has to supervise her while she does the sweeping. Great job, we will be back!

I love the large machines, it really helps get large amounts of laundry done quickly. Always very clean and friendly. Free dry days are wonderful as well.

I will tell you I experienced a phenomenal time this morning. The lady that was there was obviously having a little bit of a rough day but she was doing a good job covering it. She was laughing and we were all making fun of the player on the TV game show. I realize what was going on I saw her swept glass up and saw that her window had been broken in her car. You wouldn’t have been able to tell that. I was having trouble with one of the machines and she was laughing with it telling me that it must’ve been hungry and ate my quarters. It was really a funny environment and it was fun. I will return.

Never had a bad experience when doing my laundry at this place & I love how clean it is. The staff is very friendly to everyone & was especially thankful to me just for wiping off a table so I could put my stuff on it. Will definitely keep coming here, so much better than the last place I was going too & not alot of people ever here when I am so thats a bonus

Always good clean washes & Fast dry.Just wish the people using this establishment would pick up after themselves.Machines work nice but Patrons are SLOBS.Scared to walk in this morning TRASH everywhere. Trash can over flowing in bathroom some in laundry area. I would hate to see some of these peoples homes as messy as they leave this place. IF I would had seen a broom I would had started sweeping. This is SadDry 30 not heating up. Waste of money.Guess I need to find some where else to go while Stuck in Des Moines

While doing laundry today,I met a nice young man named Steven. Steven was cleaning the store,and part of his cleaning was to vacuum the lint from the dryer traps which were very full. You could see that previous employees had not been doing their job regarding g the huge amount of lint in the dryers. I watched Steven as he finished his cleaning of this store and I was impressed. He was a wonderful young man with a strong work ethic.

This place is kept so clean its almost a joy to do laundry. The machines are pretty new and with free drying 3 or 4 afternoons a week it isnt the financial drain that some of them can be.

Very Clean, Great Customer Service. In most facilities like this, the Manager would not have the time to talk to people. However, she talked to me and others for a while. The Manager gave me some ideas on my diabetes because I commented my A1C being high to her. I met it to be a venting thing but, she had knowledge in this area and gave me ideas. She could have just said, Sorry for your bad day., but she did not. This is an excellent location and excellent customer service.

They have Frrreeee laundry for their Grand Opening!! 24 hours too!! Clean and nice place. Its right before school opening so I consider this a plus for any family without a washer and dryer. I have been at both locations and both are amazing now. Clean and you can tell that management as changed. I believe her name is Dorothe and I can tell she cares a lot for her guests as she but it and her staff. I enjoyed talking to Ashley as well.
