We have used hundreds of dumpster rental companies in the 5 state area and Hook-It Roll off should not be used. UNPROFESSIONAL!!!They decided that because our load was heavy that they would dump it in the parking lot without letting anyone know And because we were not forewarned our customer became quite angry that there was construction debris dumped in his parking lot.We had to send a clean up crew down there and get another dumpster. We were not even partially refunded! They did nothing to try and contact us so we could have avoided the mess. And when we spoke to them about a partial refund they could not even understand what they did wrong. There are plenty of other dumpster rental services out there. I would AVOID this one!
