More business should be like Jermaines Hauling & Services; They were empathetic to my situation and came to my rescue. I personally can’t stand how I was treated by the other junk removal companies that charge insane hidden fees and never come close to their estimates, it’s always more.It’s Sunday late afternoon and I need to be out of my apartment by the end of the day. My basement still has junk and the Mitchellville landfill is closed on Sundays. I called Jermaine’s after speaking with their competitors. Jermaine’s was great, they simply had me text pictures of what I needed removed for an estimate. If that doesn’t cut through red tape then I don’t know what does. Now Jermaine’s has my photos of my junk and has given me a fair price which I unfortunately could not afford. I’m not able to pay that price and so I tell them “I appreciate your time, I got to go.” He insisted he could help me and worked with me on price. I called at 10:00 on a Friday morning from Red Oak, not knowing if he travelled that far, to clean out a garage of junk.Very pleasant man. Said he would gas up and be on his way.He and his Crew arrived a couple of hours later and they immediately went to work . The first moving service that we booked with turned out to be a no call no show. these wonderful guys came at the last minute around 9pm with an extremely helpful and courteous attitude. We didn’t prepare them for the amount of stuff that we had, but they were able to load all of it up in one trip and also move some heavy items around our home. You can’t go wrong with Jermaine and his crew.

Jermaine’s Hauling was a great help. I had a lot of wood from our deck tear down and my wife was asking for at least a year for me to haul the wood away but didn’t have truck or man power to do so. Jermaines a great guy! I will be referring every client of mine to him from now on whenever we need junk hauled off. Im a realtor and I had a client that left some things on the property that the buyer was not okay with the seller leaving. Mostly wood and old wood furniture sitting up top on the ceiling joists of the garage. This issue came up on a Sunday night after a final walk through at about 5 PM. We were scheduled to close the following day at 4 PM. I went to the property and began burning what wood I could in the fire pit and managed to get one of the neighbors to come take a look and take what he wanted of it. There was still a ton of stuff to haul away and some things that we would have to haul away no matter what, such as cement bird baths. The seller decided to take my suggestion and call a hauling service to get rid of the rest of it. He called Jermaine because he had great reviews. Not only did he answer right away at about 8 or 9 PM on a Sunday night, he kept us informed and updated the next morning. We set a time for him to stop by at 10 AM the next day. He showed up, asked what all we were getting rid of, and then started loading. He was friendly and fun to talk to while we helped him get everything loaded up. He would have done it all on his own, but he was too nice for us to just sit there and watch him carry all of this heavy stuff by himself. Other workers stopped by with another truck to make sure he got it all loaded up and nothing would be left behind. They really made sure it would all be done right then and there. Next time Im in a bind, Ill be calling him for sure. Thanks Jermaine!

Dont waste your time calling other places, I called several others including national franchise operations and was disappointed in their response. One place I called wanted to charge over $300 for only one item and a week wait for pickup! I called Jermaine and he sent out his crew Saturday evening at 8pm and the guys could not have been more courteous and helpful.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them - nor would I hesitate to call them again should I need their services in the future.
