DONT give them your credit card. First time to rent from Contractor Rental, and quite disappointing. DONT give them your credit card, or they will use it with out authorization. I went there because the rental places we usually use, didnt have what I needed. We usually have several things on rental all year around, so its not new for us. When I picked it up I noticed the hitch was bent, and the basket was beat up. Unfortunately I didnt take pictures, as we have never had problems with rental before. When I returned it We noticed that the basket was twisted, and it could have happened when we had it, but no one has photos. They told me when I dropped it off that they would let me know what it would cost to fix. They also charged me an extra day of rental, even though I asked them if it was okay to bring it in before 10. I got a call from Joe telling me I owed them over $1200.00 I offered to fix and re certify the basket, and they said no, we already put a new one one. The cost of a new basket is $500.00, so I said I would pay for that but not for replacement, as it was very bent when I got it, and there is no prof that anything happened while we had it. I asked them to think it over and get back to me. Next Monday I had a charge from contractors Rental for the full amount on my personal credit card. No return call or anything.

I had another inspection done by Chris and again it was done with professionalism and courtesy. He shared his knowledge and answered all my questions. If you are looking to get your house inspected, this is the place to go!!

I do alot of buisness with this company and have for years .They treat me with respect and great service. The guys at the counter do a great job and always helping me with rentals ..the Service department is excellent also .

Rented a trailer for the weekend here for the first time and had an excellent experience. The guys in the office were friendly and welcoming and the guys outside rushed to get me hooked up and going. Would highly recommend this place for commercial or residential diyers! Excellent value and service!

Im not a contractor, rented hardwood floor sanders from there twice for home use. Excellent service, sanders were in great shape and accomplished the job, cheaper than most other places I looked. They allow you to take more sandpaper than you need and only pay for what you use. Highly recommended.

This is my go-to place when renting. I have rented from CRC several times over the years. They always have what I am looking for, or can suggest an other item that may be better for the job I am doing. They take the time to work with you on the phone, explain the contract and the ins and outs of the equipment you are renting, help you get loaded and unloaded, and have good attitudes. I will definitely continue to rent from CRC. Great equipment and excellent people!

Saved my behind when I needed some machine skates to get a pallet someone with a much larger forklift than me had loaded onto a trailer. Not only did they have machine skates, they had multiple sizes.

During the recent flood scare, I was reaching out to contacts in a panic of potential flooding. I was referred to Nick at Contractors Rental from a buddy in my golf league and sent him an e-mail around 9:30pm on a weeknight. He responded in minutes, letting me know they offer after hours emergency service. He even gave suggestions and pricing on what they had that might help me. I told him I kind of jumped the gun and would let him know in the morning. Before having a chance to do so, he followed up with me to see if everything was ok and if I needed anything. I got lucky and didnt have any flooding. Even though its out of my way, I know where Im going the next time I need to rent equipment! A++

I scheduled to rent a piece of equipment for Thursday. On Wednesday I got a call saying that the guy who wanted it Wednesday now wants it on Thursday and he is a regular so I cant have it on Thursday. When you have your work scheduled around when you booked the equipment that really puts you in a bad spot. I asked to talk to the manager and was told he is in and out and Ill try to see if he will call you. Big surprise, I never heard back from him. Unless you are a regular I definitely would not recommend using this business. I hate leaving bad reviews but this business completely earned it.
