As a woman entering an establishment predominantly male is a bit nerve wracking. This proved to be the point here. Nothing stood out as being super negative, but then again nothing stood out as going above and beyond. I will say that they were quick to work with me on price (without me asking) knowing I was not a contractor and was using the lift very minimal over a weekend (my nephew did the work for me). I had shopped around and found a competitor to be more helpful as well as more inviting, but the pricing difference between the two places is ultimately what led my decision to renting here.

Lifts keep breaking down. Good people but expect down time with rentals.
