Sometimes 6 of 5 stars are warranted. Insight Global is a phenomenal employment agency. They work cross-functionally and do it well. Their associates are both professional and also personable. Ive been a contractor for about 10 years and until now I never felt compelled to write a review on my own accord. Specifically, Id like to thank both Yvonna in SF and Elisabeth in NC. Poor communication or lack of, primarily by the recruiter. Says she is going to do something but doesnt. Very disappointed, given the number of positive reviews I saw.

Three weeks ago, I had applied and got a call right away. They said that I was a very good candidate. She was going to pass it to her manager for review and she said she was going to get back to me in a few days. After three days with no call, I decided to call. She said her manger was sick and to call back next week. I did, no answer. At one point, the phone rang once and was sent straight to voice mail. It has been three weeks of me calling and leaving messages, no answer or returned calls. DONT BOTHER WITH THEM. They get your hopes up and then ghost your calls. Im crushed and disappointed because during COVID it has been very difficult to find a job and the fact that they can do this is unacceptable. At the very least, call and notify that you currently have no work instead of lying.

I worked with Brandon Long on getting a contract and he does a very good job. He was the first one to fix an aspect in my resume that was not caught for years that greatly improved its readability. Also he has a very fast response time between you and his clients. Great job!!

This is a fabulous company to work with. They are very responsive and professional. I’ve dealt with several people at Insight Global and have never had a bad experience. They also have a good book of business to work with. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them anytime or to recommend them.

After going over all the details about the position, I told her it sounds like a great fit. She then sets up an interview with the company and kept me informed on what was going on and what was next. Tyler was absolutely amazing. His followup and communication are second to none. I went from an applicant to a full time position in just a week. I was also registered with two other similar entities who, after the first contact, did nothing beyond the initial intake. I received absolutely nothing-no phone calls, no texts, no e-mails. The company worked well together to reach out to me about the position and follow-up by the local staff was excellent, both in describing the opportunity and in making interview arrangements. The on-boarding was quick with no issues. They have a great compensation package and follow-up with rate increases in a short period of time as the job responsibilities increase and job performance has been rated good by the client company. Emily Beckman is my main contact locally. She has been quick to reply to my questions and checks in on my progress.

I had a phone interview scheduled and the recruiter virtually stood me up. I waited 30 minutes and she never replied via email either. The following week I had a different recruiter contact me about the same job. I explained what happened, she was apologetic, etc etc. However, she did the exact same thing to me. After I did a phone interview with her (which took almost 1 hour), I jumped through their hoops of getting my tax information from the IRS etc etc for a potential job. Then nothing for over a week. My hours of availability changed due to COVID-19, I emailed the one recruiter twice, called her once, called another recruiter, and NOTHING. I cant believe out of the three recruiters, every single one of them started ignoring me. I declined the automatic mandatory time slot for an interview with their client because I couldnt get anyone to contact me back! And it is a week later and still no one has contacted me back, even though I emailed them AGAIN. This company is beyond ridiculous. I bet they just wanted a statistic so they met their quota for candidates for the month. I am beyond irritated. What a waste of time.

They were great at first, but after I turned down a job they offered because Im not interested in a call center, they seemed to drop off the face of the Earth. Even though I originally contacted them to apply for a completely different job that they then claimed might take a while because they dont know the hiring Managers. Just feels like they only want to push you to certain job types. And this has happened twice now with 2 completely different recruiters. I wouldnt waste your time with them.

Very pleased with my experience in using Insight Global. Relocating to another state is scary - in not knowing good companies from bad companies. They made the interview process extremely comfortable and found a great match for me! Contracted out of here at the end of the year after doing my first contract for a different company. I can say without a shadow of a doubt that contracting out of insight was a much more pleasant experience and even an enjoyable one.

Insight global placed me about 6 months ago, I started with a short term contract that has now become a 2 year one, the have always helpful if there were any issues, and they have even given me a raise and PTO they also offer benefits, I would recommend them to anyone looking for a job that have a good resume and are willing to work hard! They are amazing and cant reccomend them enough!

Awesome staffing agency, they took my rather unique set of experiences and placed me in a full-time position as a software developer!

They have failed to pay me 2 weeks in a row! The first time they acted as if it were my fault, when in fact it was because their website had failed to let me finish online paperwork. They only care about placing people where they need numbers and not about what fits you best. Absolute worst staffing agency I have ever worked for, and Ive worked for quite a few over the past 10 years. They lie and tell you what they think you want to hear. And btw all of the positive reviews you see about them is either the rare client or someone that has been paid to write positive reviews.

I worked for Insight Global about 2 years ago. And it was one of my best experiences, and I have a slew of contract work experience. This time Nick form Insight Global in Des Moines contacted me in December about a position that didnt fit me very well, but he assured me he would get ahold of me when he found one that did. Come January the next year I recieved a call from Nick. He was reaching back out to me about a position he thought I would fit quite well. I interviewed and at this time or writing I am waiting on their determination. I wanted to write a review and let people know that Insight global was and is still one of the best in my opinion. If I could give this company less than one star I would! Was placed on a contract for 2 weeks and then let go because somebody made very wrong comments about me. I was not asked what happened or given a chance to even say anything about it. They were nice and willing to work with me until this incident happened. My recruiter has not contacted me since she fired me nor has she given me a time to collect my things from her. Worst agency I have EVER worked with nor will I recommend them to anyone I know! Do yourself a favor and go anywhere BUT here! They talk about no drama but those are the only people they hire. You show up and do your job you lose it.

This company has hired me on short term projects but now that I have completed my training they dont have a job for me. The last time I was here I spoke with Matt and his boss and I was shocked to find out that no one at this location had any formal education in information technology. I would not reccommend this site if your looking for something beyond entry level.

Friendly staff for the most part. One individual said they dont practice any form of legal disciminatenation and the same individual followed up that statement with we dont hire any felons regaless of the charge. I had already been in a interview with one of there clients before this was brought up. I assumed they didnt ask because most places dont anymore (in the it field anyway). At no point did they ask before having me interview. He went on to say that basically no one will hire felons especially if it was under 10 years ago. Apparently he does not realise how untrue that statement is any more. The only time most tolerant companies care is if it involved theft, drugs, assult or repeat offenders . Being a staffing agency you would think they would know something about the current job market. that form of discrimination is fading rapidly. Instead of trying to fill positions as fast as possible maybe you should make sure you will even hire the person instead of wasting there time. By the way your company gets tax breaks for hiring felons. I guess 666 walnut street is a great address for you guys after all.

Had a recruiter contact me about the job and then tried to tell me she didnt think I could do it.... did the exact same job with a different company. The one lady I talked to was decent but the head lady seemed pushy and didnt listen well.
