Competent stylists. A little pricey. Not quite as good as Great Clips.

Styles did excellent job cutting my hair even though I was from our of town attending my daughters wedding .

Great experience! Great haircut by a wonderful stylist Emily! Listened to exactly what I wanted. Gave great advice answered my questions was very polite and professional. Manager is very polite I would have never gone if she hadnt gave me a card for a haircut. I will not go anywhere else from now on! Great staff. Clean store. Great place to get a haircut but you will be waiting a while. Even if you do reserve your spot online you will be waiting probably double that time. The place is severely understaffed. It’s midday on a Saturday and they have only 3 stylists. This issue is only worse during the week.

Love this place. Kat is the best!!! I take both my boys with me and get great service. Self check-in is easy and speeds things up. Im looking forward to being able to check-in on my phone and see who is working when it gets up and running.

I was so disappointed that I showed up at 3:40pm and was told (by the manager) that Id have to come back tomorrow since there was two guys ahead of me and they closed at 4:00pm. Ive been a customer since before the move down the strip mall and this is WRONG! The web site should say no more people after a certain time or everyone there prior to 4:00pm should be seen. I also tip very well but think I might have to start going to Great Clips for better customer service. Very disappointed after spending hundreds of dollars at this particular location. They can check their computer records to verify this as well.Sincerely,David Leach

Update: Had a real nice cut a couple weeks ago. Really great service. A nice break from a busy day. Great cuts and nice stylists. I really enjoy my hair cuts here.

Normally love this place. Today I went in and the gentlemen behind the counter couldnt find my information which includes how I like my hair cut. Thats fine, save for the fact he made a lack luster effort to find the information. He continues to ask how I want my hair cut. I explain to tell him Im not quite sure and asked again if he could try to find my information. He proceeded to scoff and say you come to get a haircut and dont know what you want. I dont think this is how customers should be treated. I left afterwards. I will not be retuning.

It was kind of a long wait time, but there were only a couple stylists available. Worth the wait and the money. After a hard day worth of work it helped me relax and the hair cut was spot on.

My son LOVED getting his hair cut here.. made us feel right at home and Emily did an excellent job cutting his hair!

Annie at Sport Clips on Fleur is by far one of the best stylist in town. Always persona le and does a fantastic job. I wont go to anyone else.

3 stylists alternating breaks on a saturday with 2+ hour wait time. The place is understaffed.

A franchisee for Sports Clips came into our office about a year before the Sports Clips location on Fleur went in. He was drumming up business for the one that eventually opened. At that point I had been going to a competitor, in the area, for years. The thing I didnt like about the competitor was that I always had a different stylist &, as a result, I got inconsistent haircuts. So, it peaked my interest.Being as my office is in an adjacent strip mall I noticed the same stylists going in & out of this Sports Clips for about a year. So, when I got another new stylist & a bad haircut (at that other solon) I decided to check it out.The 1st thing I noticed about this Sports Clips is that they liked to push me off onto the ‘next’ stylist. Presumably, they look at your profile & see if you’re someone they want to deal with or not. I went to the Sports Clips on Fleur for about a year & was pushed off onto the next stylist just about every time. The last time I went (and it was the last time) I was pushed off, not once but, twice. It took about 20 minutes to get seated even though there wasn’t anyone else waiting & there was a girl standing behind the counter when I walked in. She wasn’t helping any clients.The other thing I noticed was there was a healthy turnover (just like the other place) & I usually got the new person because of the above. This was the case the last time I went. Once I finally got seated, & she started cutting my hair, the ‘new’ person made a snide comment about the fact I have a cowlick. To which I responded with an uncomfortable acknowledgement. At one point she asked me if I, “Liked the length.” I said, “Yes, it looks fine.” The, she said she had to ‘touch it up’ & proceeded to cut on my hair for another 6 or 7 minutes. Needless to say my hair was way too short at the end.I am overdue for a haircut & am considering my options. I won’t go back there.

Went in yesterday for a haircut. I am from out of town and didnt know where else to go. The young girl was nice and the place was clean, BUT theres no way she new what she was doing. I asked for a 2 guard on the sides fading up to the top where I wanted it just trimmed up. She cut over half of my hair off the top, and then cut the front of my hair shorter then the rest. Why? Why would how ever cut the front so short? Also when I think of trimmed up and do not think cut over half off. Terrible haircut.

Listened to what I wanted. Did exactly what I needed. Helped me with products to style hair as I wanted. Strongly recommend.

I was just in the SportClips on Fleur. I had my hair cut by the hairdresser Kelsey, she was a younger blonde and I am sorry but she was so rude to me. She greeted me with a handshake and no verbal greeting until she told me where to sit. Once seated she left me and went to the back for a couple minutes then when she walked back over she asked “so what do you want” and when I explained what I wanted she rolled her eyes over it and started. The first thing I said when she asked what I wanted was I wanted my back and sides shaved to a 3. She clipped the guard onto the clippers and the first streak up the side of my head took a bunch of hair off and realized I could see my scalp and it turns out she used a 1 guard. I stopped her but what was she supposed to do now that its shaved. I went through with the 1 with no choice hoping it would turn out but it didnt. Once she was done she started on the top. I had 5 inches of hair and asked her to take it down to 3 and instead of that she ended up only taking off half an inch and texturizing it. It looked the same. I had to ask her three more times to take more off until it got down to 3 inches. Once I was done she didnt clean up my side burns or my ears and I had to ask her to do it. She then proceeded to hit the back of my neck with a towel to get the hair off and then she hit my face toget the hair off. She did not talk to me at all throughout the haircut. I ended up having to have another stylist come redo what she had done to make the best out of this horrible situation and I still am upset with the turnout.Overall this sportclips usually does so well and I have never had any problems like this before but when I was done I was livid. I paid and left. I havent been this upset about a haircut ever.

I love this place. Ive only been in dsm for 4 years now and only come to this location. Mostly because of the staff. Definitely recommend anyone that enjoys a quick haircut. Mvps are amazing, but needs to be 15 minutes longer:) lol.

Waited an hour+ & got skipped for someone who came in 30 minutes after me, so I couldn’t even get a hair cut. Way understaffed, all empty chairs & only 2 people working...won’t be back!

Rude, obviously didn’t want to help me. Spent as much possible on people in front of me and disappeared until another customer showed up. I asked if they did women’s trims and they assured me they did while I waited for someone else, but never found time. I ended up walking out when my friend was done.

Will not be back. 30$ for a haircut and beard trim, i expect a certain level of experience that the staff obviously did not have.

For whatever reason the computer system wasnt working properly on certain functions. There was only two stylists working. One was one the phone with the help desk and the other just stood there staring at the screen. I sat there for at least 20 minutes waiting for them asked how much longer before they started cutting hair again then left.
