I didnt have to bad of time. The gal was so sweet and kind. So my 1st impression was excellent...now since then they never have enough people to work or even to answer the phones to make appointments...you would think they would have a great place and a lot of foot traffic

I love the women who work there and will make sure its to your satisfaction. I found my new hair dresser.

My husband tried giving the company another shot beings they messed his hair up at the ankeny location we have a big meeting tomorrow we were at the walmart in the south side des moines area an African american woman stated he couldnt get a haircut today Wednesday or Thursday shes literally sitting on her behind as Im writing this no customers in there whatsoever idk why they even have a hair salon

Horrible service. I was told that the stylist was going to come in at 11am or a few minutes after because she took the bus.I waited until 11:25 before I got frustrated and left. Horrible customer service and hate getting lied too. I wont be giving any of my service back to their salon.

Change your posting of hours if you change your hours of operation. Poor business practice to not notify your customers. Stop running your business short handed also.

I call asking if I can perm my hair today and they say yes, did 30min drive got there and want me to set up schedule for another day. Bs
