Guys are cool excellent at what they do, except for one younger tall younger guy...his look and customer service skill is not welcoming. Other than that in order for them to be the greatest barber shop, my opinion is that they could pay an hourly greeter, for their appts and for walks-ins, so that way people are not just wondering what to expect ....a looong wait time or wondering if theyre ever going to be served. I came in today, got a fresh hair cut, and then a shave from Manny! I highly recommend stopping in if you live in the Des Moines area, you will not be disappointed!

Everyone in this shop can CUT! Price is just right as well. The guys in the shop are very professional. One of the few shops in town that can also handle Spanish speaking clientele. Wish they opened a little earlier but worth the wait.

Love this barber shop... they do a great fade and extremely detailed! Only thing i wish would improve is either changing your hours on the web or have someone here at 10am! This place gets extremely long waits.
