Very poor customer service. When a family member of mine, got in a wreck caused by another driver... They really screwed her over and didnt have very good customer service. Called her names and another things without going into much detail. Dont recommend them professionally

I will admit never had issues with this company until now I have cancelled service due to my moving to another state. However I have been checking my account to find charges removed without my permission. If I am no longer receiving service why is it ok to take funds not belonging to you?! I would like to be reimbursed Immediately thank you. On top of that the agent over phone tells me that someone else has a policy with my phone number how is that possible as well. Something doesn’t seem ok here. Not a way to start off new year smh

When another state farm agent in the pleasant hill area dropped the ball with my deceased husbands ira account I had the account transferred to James Walford. I worked with Cassandra over the phone and via emails for quotes on homeowners, auto and umbrella. I gave her a number of different deductibles and endorsements to price for me. She did them all quickly and pleasantly. This afternoon I stopped in unannounced near the office closing time. She answered my questions and I never felt she was rushing me out the door. Bottom line- I have a new agency who provided some significant premium savings and is part of my neighborhood. Win win for both of us.

Was shopping for home owners insurance and everyone could beat my rate, but nobody I shopped took the time to show me the value of a policy like James did. There are a million cut rate agencies out there, beware on shopping price alone. Highly recommend a consultation with James for insurance needs.

State farm is also a bank which I didnt know before and they were able to save me over $50 a month by refinancing my vehicle AND saved me over $16,000 on my mortgage!! Since this office has been taken over by James Walford I have received the worst customer service experience ever from ANY State Farm employees. They are rude and when you ask for help its like a chore for them. And they are refusing or have refused to get information I need to file my business taxes. I have literally been waiting for weeks. And being told because I am now not a customer of theirs that I am not a priority. But yet where is the loyalty?!!! As I have been a satisfied customer with State Farm for many years. They show no sympathy for my sick child. And again no help. Or sending information that is incomplete. This is so sad. I would love for corporate to listen to the conversations. Yep! Calling corporate and the BBB.
