People there do not care about customers.I was a customer and they do not care about me.I have a good driving record but I was never given a good rate from them,so I decided to switch to another company with much a better rate.I signed a form for the cancellation of my insurance policy with them.They still owe me a certain amount of money, and I was expecting to receive a check from them; but they sent me a letter claiming that they are insuring my vehicle for another month. At this point in time however, I already switched to a different insurance company a month ago. I have no need for double insurance for my vehicles. This kind of business strategy is very unprofessional and dishonest; I just need my money back. All in all, I want people to steer clear of this company.P.S There were two agents, Michelle and Luda- who worked for the company. They were very kind and professional, and they provided good service. However, they moved to different location within the company- I have never seen them again.

This place is terrible, the employees are liars, they are very lazy and unorganized, and will apply extra charges to your account based off their mistakes, and try to blame you. You Know Who You Are and you will be reported.They wait till the last minute to pull up your driving history and then try to charge you for their lazy mistakes I would not recommend this company in the Des Moines area very disrespectful I would give zero Stars. They give you an inaccurate information and dont own up to their mistakes. Somebody else needs to take your place that knows what theyre doing. This company is untrustworthy some of you need to be fired bad customer service.👎

That company called sav-on insurance is the worst of the worst. They treat you like an animal. They make you think that you cannot find another better quota that is the cheapest for you. I had them for more than 5 years through progressive it was better to call the progressive company than with them. Even so, the insurance charges you its fee but there is also a percentage for these clowns and for you to treat the worst. I recommend that you do not get ready or Ill take care to let all my friends and relatives know these clowns will never see my money again.
