I have been using Pioneer Electric for years with several of my vehicles and Chuck has always been able to diagnose and repair the issue in a timely manner. They warranty their work and I have never had to return with any issues. I just had them repair some old wiring in a 96 Camry and I would recommend them to anyone looking for automotive electric repair!
10000% trustworthy. they are super true. After meeting them I believe the humanity is still alive. I have met crazy people in this industry where you trust no one.
First of all, this place is about as unprofessional as it gets. I swear there are only two people that work there and run it. I made an appointment and the day I was scheduled, I showed up to find out that He called in sick. I get it. People get sick. But is there really only ONE mechanic? Couldnt I have been notified by phone before I dragged myself and my children in the frigid cold to have my car fixed?I went back the next day, which I guess was my next mistake. They were supposed to fix the problem that my battery was draining. I was having to jump start my car every single time I go to start it. My dome lights were staying on and I was assuming the battery was bad because even 10 minutes of being off, the battery would be dead. It has never been a starter problem or an alternator. I picked it up that afternoon, they had fixed the dome lights and led me to believe the battery was fine. That night, I had to jump start it again.I called to tell them that it was not in fact fixed after having spent almost $200. The woman, who had been condescending to me from the very beginning (even said, Oh, Im sure its all Greek to you.), argued with me and continued to be condescending.SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. GO ELSEWHERE.
They came highly recommended, but I started calling them on March 12th, 2018. Today is March 20th. Never one answered phone call or one returned message. Maybe they are so good that they are constantly busy.....or maybe they have crappy customer service and are and will continue to lose further business in the future because of it.
Three visits to Firestone did nothing for my tail light. This guy at Pioneer fixed it in under an hour and was very reasonably priced. I only trust Pioneer now.
Very rude and obviously awareness of their electric power house and surrounding areas. I asked if they could direct to the top and they were inbelievably rude and snarky. Hope youre having fun and oops if you break...their fault not mine. So it will not.fall on college grove this time either.
Terrible. Chuck the owner charged me 80$ to change a light bulb on my taillight. messed around for an hour working on other cars and god knows what then has the audacity to charge me for a full hours work! UNBELIEVABLY bad mechanic. Had them do work on a previous car 2 years ago and they left it in the lot overnight the next day i came back and the catalytic converter was cut off my car.
They could not help
