First, I got to make an appointment online which was huge, very convenient. I was greeted by a lovely woman when I got there when I said my name she knew I was coming from booking. This was my fist time here. Then I went with gia for my pedicure, she was professional, giving me tips on when I do my nails myself, told me a little about herself, talked about the salon, and did a phenomenal job. I really enjoyed my experience and will definitely be back again. Thank you gia you made my day!!

Took my friend here for a birthday pedicure and it was a good experience. We didnt have an appointment but we didnt have to wait. Staff was friendly and professional. Place was clean and they followed covid precautions. They took their time and didnt rush through the service like other places. My only complaint is they didnt necessarily know what was in the products they use. I have a very bad raspberry allergy and mentioned this and was told their products are tropical. Would definitely go back

At first they were very nice and friendly, but I will not be returning after my experience. They use cheap nail polish and dip powder on dip manicure and pedicure. Some of my nails were not completely filled in so it made my nails look weird shaped. The technician clearly saw it and did not fix it. It was apparent that they don’t properly clean their tools. They put their used tools in a sanitizer but it was not turned on and would take them out to use them again on someone else; so gross. It also was extremely unprofessional when customers left the salon the staff started talking and laughing in another language and were seemingly talking bad about my nails as well as other customers.

Happy nails is an AMAZING place to get your nails done! My friend Mikasa went here to get ready for a birthday party and absolutely loved her acrylics. Great customer service!!

Love the way they do my pedicures. They are very quick and professional.

The customer service was great, they are friendly and Covid safe. Unfortunately my pedicure was rushed and my toe nails are all different shapes now. My gel polish is laid over my nails on my skin for most of my nails. The price for my service was great but it does reflect the work I got.Update: it’s been less than a week and I have no gel polish left and my toe nails are all chipped.

Friendly, accommodating and quality work!Recently moved and in search of a salon after having my nails destroyed from sampling others and playing outdoor extreme sports.After having a bad experience at a salon in the area I had to call extremely late and they invited me without hesitation. They took the time and stayed late to redo a full acrylic set in order to fix my nails. I truly appreciate how accommodating, sweet and genuine they were, on top of having quality work!Thank you! I will definitely be in again!

I had an appointment at 3:30 and didnt get called to the desk till 4:10.. We called and said we had to be somewhere by quarter of 5 and my nails were rushed. We in person asked the lady if she could finish my nails by 4:50 and she lied, she took her sweet time filing and took until 5:00 My left thumb nail is shorter than my right nail and I asked for coffin shape and theyre barely shaped, and got filed down too low to where I asked them to be a certain length and she kept filing them further down. Worst nail appointment Ive gone too. Ill be going back to my original nail place this Friday to get this mess fixed!!!

Amy does a fantastic job! I prefer the dip method over gel with lights + she did the best set of nails I have ever had! Many times they put too much powder, the nails are thick + unnatural. Amy did an outstanding job and I was extremely pleased! Prices are competitive. October 2019

I’ve been going to Anne for over 11 years! She is so good! My nails are difficult because they lift easily. But she knows how to make them last for me for over 2 weeks. Also, the shop is clean and their equipment is always being upgraded and replaced with new chairs & tools. I highly recommend Happy Nails!

They do a nice job. Not always on time with appointments but the outcome is always great

Very relaxed and friendly atmosphere and the technicians are very helpful and friendly. I find that they cater to your needs whatever that might be. My husband is handicap and they always give him the best of service. As far as the negative comments, you cant please some people no matter what you do. The services we get are definitely getting 5 stars.

Ive been going to Happy Nails for about 7 years now and am EXTREMELY HAPPY with their services.I am very fussy with my nails and can also be very demanding and this is the one that was able to do the best job for me. I tried at least 6 other places, once I even tried a salon closer to my house, trying to make it more convenient for me, but forget about it, came right back to Le and Ann at Happy Nails.They keep the place very clean and sanitary and never heard or had any issues with fungus.I also have many friends, some recommended by me and some by coincidence, that have been there for a long time and very satisfied with their services.BTW, the most I ever had to wait there was maybe 5 or 10 minutes, which is very good for a salon.Thank you Happy Nails Salon, my nails and I are VERY HAPPY!!

Finally, all new massage chairs. So happy about that. Got a spa treatment. Definitely worth the $$. I highly recommend Happy Nails!

I go to Ann the owner is she is absolutely the best. I have been with this nail salon over a year and have tried them all. I love Happy Nails. Ann is so accomodating and always has a spot to get me in right away. My friend has been with her for 9 years and feels the same way. There isnt a better nail salon anywhere in my opinion.

I went to get a full set and it was horrific. The nails were crooked and some were too small so my actual nail was visible on the side, the paint wasnt covering my whole nail looking like i already needed a fill, and the lady didnt round my nails or cut them to the correct size i asked for. Plus the overall paint job looked worse than if i did them myself. That visit wouldve received one star. But when i went back two days later and complained, another girl fixed it for free and she was quick and efficient and they came out perfect! Wouldve easily received five stars! So i guess Ill give them three stars, if you go i recommend to have the young lady do them, and hopefully they reassess their staff and get rid of their not so awesome employees holding them back.

Worse nail salon I have ever been to... not clean! In the middle of getting my nails done the nail tech spit gum into his hand and into the trash YUCK!...not to mention the job done was TERRIBLE. Nail polish all over the sides of my fingers, did not shape them at all, and missed spots on my nails! Very uneven and messy. Also the next day notice one of my nails were cracked and chipped! Poor product and unsanitary.

I went in today to get my set off and get a manicure. I explained I was on my break yet still she offered me a pedicure. I said I’m not sure I don’t have time. She said it was quick..45 mins later she finished I explained I was 30 mins late now and couldn’t get the polish on my nails. She charged me for the pedicure, nail removal and manicure even though she didn’t finish. I did trip her generously but that is the last time they get money from me. So yea you got more money from me this visit but since I won’t be back you lose a whole lot more. Not smart business practice.

Horrible service, have had to go back 3 times to get them fixed and have only had them in for a week. Already am missing four acrylics, just from putting minimal pressure on the nails. Do yourself a favor and go to Gelous Nails, way better service and itll actually last.

This Nail salon is the worst place ever. I dont know why but I have been there several times and been unhappy with the service. So I have given them many chances. I dont understand how this place stays in business. I went there last time for a pedicure she asked to use the razer on the bottom of my feet for extra 5.00 dollers which I think there not allowed to by state law. I said no thanks and she rubbed the pumis over my foot once and she was done. I was in shock. I was so upset, that is not what I paid for. I left no tip and told her I was unhappy and asked for owner and no one knew who it was. Ok thats wierd. I will never go back and you shouldnt either. I dont even think they clean the tubs out well. GROSS

At first i was a little skeptical becouse i usually dont get my nails done here, i got a new full set of acrylic nails and within 24 hours one broke . i dont do much to where my nails should break that often, also one of my nails was infected under the acrylic from there tools not being cleaned properly . ewe. defiantly dont get your nails done here!!!!!
