I love that I got four keys cut (on a do it yourself machine inside Lowes in Derby) and all four worked without a hitch. I was done in about 5 minutes. Great!!

The machine did not copy a working key from the one installed into it. I emailed the company for a refund and they have not returned or even acknowledged me other that the scam email hoping Id give them high remarks. DO NOT USE your key wont work and the company will not respond when you want a refund.

I had bad experience with this service. Spend $10 and the key doesn’t work. Wrote the company and hope to get it fixed or at least get my money back.

3 keys, 10.00 not cheap not expensive. All automated kiosk. Super easy and quick.

Tryed this took longer then it says the keys did not work and refunds are very difficult. I will never use this again and cant believe Lowes wont give the refund. You have to email Minute Key. Which is not posted anywhere. and still havent got a response.
