The staff here are amazing, it is always clean and I go here 3 to 4 times a week. My only complaint is the zero gravity chair has been broken for months, with no date that it will be fixed! Granted they do have one that is working but, when you want to do it with a friend you cannot!!

I always feel comfortable coming here no matter the time. I do like to go when its slow though but Ive also been while its busy.

I really love the Planet Fitness in Derby! It’s always clean and the staff is friendly. I have the black membership and I enjoy the hydro-massage. I also like the 30min. Workout room and the abs room. Their equipment is very high tech and easy to use.

Its super quiet in derby at night. You go in here on a friday night at midnight theres literally no one there. Great for people who are sensitive to working out around people.

I loved it. The only problem I faced was ppl were getting a bit close to me but that Isnt there fault at all. They have amazing social distancing rules. 10/10 definitely gonna do the black card membership

In town for work and was able to purchase a week pass. The staff has been awesome and the place immaculate. Would definitely be a full member of I lived nearby.

I generally go and work with a trainer is absolutely amazing experience. I feel like I can enter the gym world with a little more confidence.

My brother needed to cancel his membership due to a significant leg injury rendering him immobile for several months, and they still charged out his account. Cannot exercise when you cannot stand/walk, but that did not seem to matter. Apparently he intentionally shattered his ankle to avoid paying his fees...or maybe he just wants to avoid exercising (which I guess I could believe 😄). When I paid off the account, they initially did not even want to give me a receipt...we will email him a copy. VERY POORLY MANAGED.

Theres a couple of girls and a guy that work the 3rd shift when I work out and they are super!! Very friendly and welcoming even at 3am when I work out. They are a true asset for PF.

I like this gym. it only has Smith machine benches but I can deal with that. I usually go at night and the staff does a great job. Gotta love a hydro massage after a work out. The price is dirt cheap for what you get.

Planet fitness hired a GM (Colton) that needs to learn hot properly talk to his clients. He seems like he has a extreme chip on his shoulder and really doesnt like dealing with the public. He should have some client care training or maybe he shouldnt work there any more

I have to say...I am not a fan personally of the lunk free/judgment free zone idea. However I understand that is the niche. The facilities are nice and up to par with any Planet Fitness. Staff has been friendly and helpful every visit. No issues and no real complaints.

Many variety on machines. Friendly and helpful. Kinda packed when I go but never stops me from finishing my workout.

Seems like a new spot, lots of options, good 360 bars, I however dislike the new style of hip-sled... its not large enough in the footbed imo... But I could get used to the new lockers if they keep that style up.

I have always enjoyed my visits to planet fitness. Opened one up a year before i left s. Oklahoma and i was so glad when they ooened one here in derby.
