Wonderful car wash. I used the soft touch automatic, but there is also a touch-free automatic as well. It did a great job and the spot free rinse actually worked! I did not use the vacuums but the entire area was well lit and very clean.

The new Soft Touch is amazing! The ceramic coating is awesome. And $1.00 for 4 minutes of vacuum time isn’t bad at all! Cheers to the smaller local businesses!

Actually got most of the bugs off my windshield in the automatic wash. It’s always been clean when I’ve gone. Sometimes they’re very busy, but it’s open 24 hours.

For all the money you pay, you have to guess how slow to go. Leaves water spots

The unlimited plan never works. I pull up and it’s a 50/50 shot on weather my membership card is going to read. When there is a huge line, I can back up and have to pay. I’ve left several messages and haven’t gotten a single call back.The only reason why I have a membership is that it’s the only decent touch less wash in town. Otherwise, because of the reliability, I’d be gone.

This is my favorite Carwash in Derby because it takes debit/credit cards, and you dont have to keep re-adding time. It just goes until you stop or max out at $15.00 or so. Also, the controls are really easy to use.

I was just checking out about car wash designations in & around the Wichita area a while back. Panther Car Wash came up in the Google list & I checked it out on there. Terrible place of business and I highly don’t recommend. I took my truck through the soft brush automatic car wash and the machine collided with my vehicle, gouging my wheel and tire. I called the number for assistance and Josh responded. I told him about the incident and he said since my wheels and tires are after market they are not liable which puzzles me how they can come to that conclusion. Very dishonest place of business and if I were you I’d save myself the time and headache and avoid this place.

Self wash bays are great. I love that they take debit cards. Automatic wash always leaves water spots and dirt on my truck. It never completely cleans my vehicle. Pretty disappointing when you spend $20.

First time ever to use Panther Car Wash, paid to go thru the brushless....service attendant came up to us and suggested a prewash because of the condition of the vehicle......prewashed and then ran thru our automatic brushless service! 5 dollars doesnt get you alot of time but it has good power and is extremely nice facility.

I like the quality of the car wash and love the fact that it accepts credit/debit cards. However, it is very frustrating that Ive been here and washed my vehicle about 20 times and not 1 single time have I ever been able to get change for the vacuums. The change machine is out of service 100% of the time for me. No point in returning to only half clean my vehicle.

A clean and well maintained car wash. They offer both touch less and soft brush bays with plenty of self serve ones as well. The self serve bays have garage doors you can close to help with the wind, which is great! It’s a little pricey but the quality of the equipments are top notch. Only thing I would suggest they improve is more lanes or area for the cars queuing up for the automatic wash.

Gotta watch for it or youll miss it driving by. But overall, everything is in excellent working order. In their self-serve stalls theyve even got blow dryers - although not sure how effective it really was. Theyve got more options and features than most self-serve places, and they take CC too which is a plus.

Rather expensive. Soft brushes do not get any bug build up whatsoever. Need to pretreat before going in. Dryers shut off way too soon. Plenty of spaces to dry off and vacuum. Considering the cost of wash, vacuum should be free.

I have only used the automatic touchless wash and it seems to wash well enough. Between doing a good job and being able to fit a Ford Excursion through it (with mirrors folded) I am actually pretty happy. The only reason for four stars instead of five is the wash bay instructs the next vehicle to enter while the last vehicle is still trying to blow the water off with the dryer. Paying for the extra cycle then having water being blown onto your vehicle while its supposed to be drying is poor operation and would be easily corrected with some simple programming. Im sure the overlapping cycles are more profitable in theory but not if it causes people to not come back.

Trash cans were kind of hard to get to by the vacuums. I liked the floor mat hangers for shampooing the mats which had been needing to been done. I especially liked the idea of using a card to get ALL my work done without having to make ridiculous amounts of change. Quiet and tucked off the road behind Wendys.

Best place in derby to get a drive through, touch free or soft brush car wash. Never have had ANY issues here! Which says a lot, considering how EVERY TIME I went to zips, theyd screw something up! Very great job though, Panther! Making derby proud!

Best place to get your car wash. Sometimes theres a long wait for the Laser Wash, but its worth it.

This is a great and modern touch less car wash. I enjoy going here, their machines also take cards to you dont need a roll of quarters. They also provide an additional wax that goes on before the clear coat that works great.

I use this car wash because it’s extremely clean!!! I use it to wash my bicycle as well. It has lots of choices like, a hand held dryer, color foam conditioner, pre soak, tire cleaner, etc

I tried to vacuum my car. Went to use vacuum and it took my money. The machine wouldnt turn on. Go to call the number to ask for a refund. It was disconnected. Not cool!! Will NEVER come here again!!! Ugh!

The owner has removed the contact numbers from the building. The shampoo and spot remover claims to give you four minutes for $2 and didnt. The spot remover was empty. The fragrance machine was empty. Neither water spout worked. This used to be a nice car wash but now is a sad joke.

Paid $14 and my car is still dirty. Very unhappy.

Take the kids thru the touch free wash. Lots of flashy lights in lots of colors. Didnt dry very well but got all of the dirt off.

Had some bird droppings on the car and decided to try the touchless. We went with the $14.00 wash. Not only did the droppings stay but the car was left water spotted. They also charge for vaccums. Lesson learned. Its back to Fastrax for us.

Great place, I accidentally left my car wash bag there and someone took it. Thankfully they helped me get it back by using the cameras they got and identified the person.

Spent $3.00 on the air dryer and all the air came out of the bottom of the nozzle. The rivets were stripped! No one in the office to report to.

Went to the carwash the other day and spent the largest amount you can for the automatic wash and after i was done there was still dirt on my car. very upset. then after that i wen to clean out the inside of my car i did so. then after i went to add scents to my carpets and the button on the spray gun was roke. need some serious attention here
