We used Matt and his crew for our shop unit last year and they did us right! Paired with the insulation we can maintain a 72 degree inside temp throughout weeks of the high 90’s into the 100s no problem!It’s made life a lot better thank you so much .If you are looking for a quality crew you really can’t go wrong with these guys.

We are very please with the work this company did for us. They saw some issues with the previous installation that caused a shorter life span of our old furnace. They corrected the problems and gave us a great deal on the new furnace.

Duane brought a portable window unit over and installed it until they could get my new air conditioner installed. It allowed me to be able to stay in my home until it was replaced. My AC went out last year during the hottest part of the summer. On my homeowners insurance I have this new insurance that will cover things inside the home. We were having to wait for that and so I went several days without AC. DM bent over backwards to make me comfortable and to do what they could to get insurance to move faster. They brought down a portable AC unit to help to cool some of the home so I could find a little relief. Once we got the OK from the insurance they got right on it and my AC was installed in one day and I was just blown away on how fast they worked. My insurance had them fill out forms just several things and they did it and did it with a smile they tried to respond back fast to do anything they could to help my insurance speed it along so I could get my AC in and running. I found out about DM through a very close friend of mine that they put in a new AC and heater in their home. They were very pleased with them and because of that reference that’s how I chose them. I am just so pleased and thankful that I found them. This is the amazing company that they are. Next door to me is this couple that I found out that DM did their AC and heater. While they were working on my home they noticed something on top of the neighbors roof that was wrong something had blown off or something happened to it it was missing. At the end of the day they went over spoke to the neighbors told them what they saw went up and fixed it without the neighbors even having to call in and ask. Now that’s how amazing and trustworthy this company is. Again I feel very blessed to have found them and to be able to have them work on something in my home. D & M technician arrived punctually to conduct the annual service and cleaning of the HVAC unit they installed a year. We have had zero problems with the unit. Mathew did an excellent job of cleaning the unit disassembling where needed and doing a thorough cleaning and washing. He then checked the refrigerant level with test instruments that linked to an application on his cell phone. No wasted refrigerant this way versus the old guage and hooking up method. Totally professional, knowledgeable and uses up to date technology and tools. Impressive and I highly recommend D & M Mechanical.10/23/2019 Followup visit by D&M on a duct problem in the basement with another 5 star rating! I had heating ducts that needed to be adjusted to fit the new drop ceiling installed in the basement. They secured the whole duct system and installed new vents in the drop ceiling. They were quick, the install was solid and done professionally and looks good too! The price was very reasonable and worth it. They did a good job of cleaning up after fixing the ducts. Our central heat and air system was installed by Comfort Systems 10 yrs ago, but one unfortunate day one of their techs neglected to replace the a/c filter which just really caused a mess in the evaporator coil. He returned and cleaned it (sort of) but not really well enough to work for long. When I asked them to clean it again, they wanted $600! Since then Ive been cleaning it myself, but lately it became evident we needed more coolant in the system. I called @ 6am this morning, got a call back at 6:15. Their tech Jesse came out early afternoon and had the evaporator coil thoroughly cleaned and added a pound of coolant, very reasonably priced. We received excellent communication, great customer service, and enjoying a nice, cool house on this 95 degree day. Well definitely have them come back this fall to service our furnace. I highly recommend D&M Mechanical and so appreciate their professionalism.

At the turn of each season I always somehow found myself tinkering with my junk AC unit or antique Furnace trying to keep it running or patching it together to just get through another season. This year I hit my breaking point. I tried calling numerous other companies who wouldnt answer their phone or wouldnt even return my call. (That was probably more frustrating than the junk system I had.) After asking a friend that works in the HVAC field who he would recommend he said to call D&M Mechanical. He also told me that he used to work with Matthew. So, I gave them a call and they actually answered the phone. Duane was able to make it out the very next morning. I told them I was done patching the old furnace together and I wanted to explore my options with a new AC unit and Furnace. Duane went to work and found me the best deal he could with the best warranty that could be offered. He patiently explained in detail what the new system would offer, what work would have to be done on their end, and what I would be gaining by going with the system that he was speaking of. I had a written estimate about 30 minutes after he left in the inbox of my email. It was very prompt. I called around and their price was very competitive. I decided to have them do the work. In the mean time, they delivered electric heaters for our house to keep our house tolerable. It was very cold outside at the time and the heaters they supplied kept us content until they could come back and install the furnace. They came back and installed the furnace. Matthew did most of the work while Duane did service calls. I was very impressed by the quality and cleanliness of the install. The work area was left clean as well. Matthew swept up the area and you couldnt even tell anyone had been working there. You could tell they took pride in their work. They were scheduled to come back a few days later to finish the AC install. I totally forgot they were coming and we had a family get together that morning. So, after seeing how respectful they were in our home and how clean they were their first trip, I decided to just leave the house open for them. I dont even do that for family most of the time. The AC unit install was just as clean as the furnace and we are very happy with the way it all turned out.
