Mario did a great job. The work looks wonderful. He was very quick and proactive with his emails and texts. And best of all, he worked with our insurance agent to make sure that we came in on budget. I would highly recommend him and his team!

Josh came and cleaned my carpet in a professional and timely manner. He got spots that three other carpet cleaners tried to get and he got them all. Wonderful with the dogs and furniture. Would highly recommend.

The first appointment I scheduled was for an afternoon window between 1 and 5. The techs did not show up until closer to 6:30 and then said the job was going to take too long to do it that night. The techs were able to come again the same week and came when they said they would, but tore off paint and drywall during their duct cleaning and did not pick up after themselves. How can I know the ducts were properly cleaned if they cant pick up after themselves?

All aspects of the projects were very professional and well done. This is a USAA preferred vendor and I can see why now - they are a fantastic team.

They came quickly got the job started quickly but the work would just stop. I would have to call to find out what is next. Very poor communication until it came to payment. Then they called over and over and showed up at my house. I had them do a side job and the lead guy didnt know his last name. Do you pick up day labor folks? Its fine if you do but you should tell the customer that. All the people that came and did work were pleasant and I think they did a good job. But it was like pulling teeth each step to make sure someone else was coming to finish the job. What should have been finished in 3 weeks took 9 to complete.

A finer bunch of professionals youll not easily find anywhere !Very pleased with their on going job on my home.

The guy TY Hess is extremely pushy and rude for no reason! He sends countless emails which come across extremely rude. His countless phones calls are unprofessional unnecessary and pointless. Stop harassing your clients Ty what is your problem??? I think he has control issues or mental issues. Either way he will not push that mess onto my staff. We will never use this company again. Get rid of that Ty Hess problem and we will come back until then, leave us alone Ty aka stalker!

Service was fast and technicians were friendly. They answered all the questions I had, and I feel confident with the inspection.

The work was eventually done to standard, but it took 6 months with a lot of issues. First, the first estimate for the insurance company was completely inadequate because the estimator never tried to determine what the cause of the damage was before doing the estimate. After that we constantly had to call to find out when they were going to schedule work to come out. They would complain that we would communicate with the subcontractors, but it was the only way to find out what was going on. They lost one of the cabinets that was supposed to go back in the kitchen so one had to be fabricated and it took forever to try to get it to match the other cabinets. The bill to the insurance company had items that were clearly never done and they were upset when we pointed it out. Overall, the work got done and done to standard, but communication was terrible.

Response Team showed up to my water loss within an hour of the initial call and cleaned up my ceiling that fell while on vacation as well as all the risidual water. I was very shocked to find the damage but they were able to comfort me and get to work swiftly. I was very grateful they were able to stop the water from spreading to my grandmothers cherrywood armoire before it was damaged. Thank you so much! I recommend RT1 to anyone with water damage, looking for carpet clean or looking for an overall professional restoration crew. My technicians were Mike Lucero and his trainee 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

This should have been written a long time ago but I had a gun stolen from my apartment from one of the works and they did nothing to help.Just got the run around and told to call a bush of different numbers. Eventually they told me they would not pay for it and for me to just do an insurance claim.Do not go through this company.

How is Ty Hess Boss? This guy is extremely unprofessional I heard him talking bad about my manager he is beyond disrespectful and lack class. The type of things which was said 1st Response should have a law suit on them just becausr of him.

One week of start to finish( removed from job)nothing was completed, not even a plan...was told job is bigger then thought. Was told waiting on insurance, insurance was never contacted. Only reason for two stars is cause they intially came with in 30 mins.
