The receptionist at this location are very unprofessional they’re disrespectful and they don’t know how to talk to their clients and they think that because they have positions of power that they can treat people like their nothing and talk to them any kind away. They get attitudes when you ask questions when you ask them to do something they have a problem or they give you all this attitude and have you do their job for them instead of them doing it themselves. They don’t provide customer service and they need to be retrained on Customer Service and how to communicate and be active listeners instead of trying to over talk and cutting people off.

This place has been actually very helpful for me. The staffs job can be hard and it is a difficult task to place employees with the right employers and meet everybodys needs properly. So Im very grateful for them. and I think people should be more understanding and patient in this day and age with all of the new changes happening all around us so rapidly. People Ready has quite overall a decent reputation across the whole country. And they help get people to work as soon as they can so. Thats what we need! Hopefully they can get the bugs worked out of their new app and any technology algorithms interfere with job placement and pay. And there really isnt any. So I would recommend them to people. The staff try really hard to be patient at all of the locations if you have any needs or concerns. Thank you people ready! You did help me get going!

This review is about NadineI dont know if shes inexperienced or incompetent when it comes to customer service, but her behavior is extremely impolite and downright revolting.It confuses me, why place someone upfront that acts in this manner? She is the first face you see when you walk through the doors of People Ready.I do understand that she may have to deal with many walks of life but that should be approached with more intellect and humanity. Which she clearly lacks. I am writing this review for not only myself but the other job seekers that have cross paths with this lady.I have heard other job seekers state that they are afraid to post a negative review about Nadine. they are afraid of retaliation and not being able to obtain more employment from this location if they wrote something negative on Google.Please do not sweep this under the rug.I would like to go into specifics when a regional manager contacts me

Been on and off trying to get any communication going with them since November. Ive left at least 13 different voicemails. I would love to work with them especially when Im off last min and could use the money! But it seems they arent able to contact potential workers due to, assumingly so at least, not having enough employees. Ironic.

Once I was told that they would pay me $12.50 for a job assignment. They only paid me $11.50. I worked in ice water all day yesterday. Frozen and muddy. Had to sleep outside in the snow because they didnt pay me. So Good Luck with this place.

Very unprofessional very rude and not to mention wont pay there employees when they say they pay daily and then you call multiple times to find out why you havent got paid and they keep saying it will be there and its been 3 days and or treat you with respect because most the people they deal with are junkies so they group you togeather and think they can talk to you out the side of there necks and they dont do there job like they are ment to they shut off the phones before they even leave the office and dont even turn them on saturdays at all when there open on that day.

I found a job here that I liked at a hotel. Staff would always return my calls.

They called me a few times asking why I didnt show up to a job site and I told them I was at the site the site they sent me to. I had a problem with them paying me on time and they dont respond to any calls or emails.

Honestly people ready has alot of work and will keep you biusy. The only problem I have is with the people in this office at branch on Santa fe it seems like they do everything they can to not pay people even when youve worked a full shift with no problems.. Ive also called this branch about 5 or 10 time since ive started and Ive never spoken to a polite person. These people need to be fired. And bored of Labor needs to look into how many people they are not paying bc they are getting away with it.

Great staff. If you use jobstack app plenty of jobs, if you dont have jobstack sometimes the office doesnt have options available when they post the jobs on the application. Big frown face on that

This was a good place to work but the lady in the denver branch is very rude not helpful at all has bad attitude alot of times will not show jobs available you have to call the branch store half the time no one returns or answeres the phone.

Ok place we werent here for more than 10 mins traveling from another state. Got us to work in 10 mins of walking in. Very friendly!!!! 🤗 Great people ready!!!! The jobs they gave us were short 4 hour jobs. We got paid a couple days later. Their Corp that pays out is slow. Would recommend not advertising paid daily for this location.

Every single time my husband has worked for you in the last week and a half, hes never gotten paid daily!You cant tell me that every diffetent employer hes worked for has called his time in late!We live in a motel and have to pay our rent DAILY. Thats why he works DAY labor to get paid DAILY!!Nearly everytime hes been asked to come all the way to the office to get a ticket and then report to the site within the hour or 2. Knowing he rides public transportation, how is that suppose to be possible?Due to the false hopecof what your company claimsGet paid dailyAnd due to us most likely becoming homeless, im contacting the BBB! False advertising!!If in fact we become homeless, i will be contacting the ACLU and getting a lawyer to sue for pain & suffering, lost wages and false representation of your company!Better tell pay roll to get with the program before there are more problems you have to deal with!!

The Labor Ready on Santa Fe in Denver is the worst labor Ready agency I ever worked for. Not only do they request you to pick up a work ticket, but you must return it as well; Then, they still dont pay you on time. Ive been waiting to get paid for 4 days now.😠 Very discouraging.
