A long overdue review for my daughter’s birthday in March. We reserved a bounce house in advance, and had to reschedule last minute due to weather. Blaster Bouncer couldn’t have been easier or nicer to accommodate. Kids (and some adults!) had a great time and bounced for hours. Delivery and setup was on time, as was pickup. House was clean and I’m great condition. Would highly recommend and definitely use them again!

Everything about our experience with Blaster Bouncer was amazing! We have used Blaster Bouncer for years and I am always impressed with the quality of the equipment, the professionalism of the staff that set up and tear down the equipment, which they do at lightning speed, and the office staff that are fabulous. The office staff noticed that in years past we had a tax ID and contacted me after I ordered online to make sure we did not miss something, thats attention to detail!!

Everyone I talked in this company was so nice. Bounce house was in great shape. Set up and tear down were fast-15 minutes. They were on time for set up and take down. Overall great experience. I’ll call them next year for my daughter’s next bday party!

I was looking for a last minute bounce house for my clients childs birthday and they came through with ease. I chose the Jungle Combo House, I scheduled it on their website for the time & dates I needed, they quickly followed up with a confirmation call and everything was set. They showed up on time for both delivery and pick up, and even allowed us to extend our time with it that day. They were very helpful, friendly, and the kids enjoyed it, definitely a great addition to any party!

Blaster Bouncer Denver is the best! I rented a bounce house from them this past March and couldnt be happier with my experience. The staff is super friendly, organized, and very flexible. I orginally booked my rental for a weekend in February but, decided to change the date a few times due to the weather. Blaster Bouncer easily reschuduled my rental (I think 3 times for me) with no troubles/fees etc. When the weekend came for us to bounce, we had SO much fun! We didnt want the bounce house to leave. The delivery and pick-up staff made everything so easy for us too.

Very disappointed, I called a week ago for a bounce house for my daughters 3rd birthday tomorrow, spoke with someone and never heard back, I followed up this morning, spoke to someone, never heard back again because she couldn’t find anything on my inquiry, never heard back and now I called again to see what was going on and apparently my inquiry was denied so no bounce house for daughters party tomorrow and no time ti find one, she is going to be heartbroken.

I cant begin to say enough nice things about Blaster Bouncer. Everyone here is so nice, accommodating, and overall a great team. My niece was thrilled with her unicorn bouncer. It made her birthday extra special and we plan to order another next year, too. Highly recommend!

This is an amazing company! I found them online, and was immediately blown away by the amount of inventory they had. I was looking for something very specific as my event was a themed birthday party, and to my surprise they had several options that would have worked! I ended up selecting the Unicorn Bounce House, which was less expensive than any other products of similar size I had viewed from other companies. I made my reservation online and paid by credit card, which was smooth and efficient. Within a few hours of making my reservation, I got a call from Bouncer Blaster to let me know that based on the time of my event, I had some overlap! If they had not been so on top of things and caught this, then the bounce house may not have arrived in time for the start of the party. I so appreciated their calling to check! On the day of the event, the bounce house I ordered arrived a couple of hours before the scheduled event, which was perfect! Bill was the employee that dropped it off to us, and he was so polite and quick to set everything up. My daughter was so surprised to see a giant unicorn bounce house in the backyard, the look on her face was just priceless. We will definitely use this company for future events, thank you so much!!

We rented the dunk tank for my sons 12th birthday - this company did a great job with customer service and delivery and pick up - all went according to plan and the dunk tank was a hit - would highly recommend!

First time I used these guys and everything was GREAT! They showed up when I requested, set everything up, were super helpful and had great customer service. Weather looked iffy the day before so they even reached out to see if I still wanted to keep my reservation and reminded me to call back by the deadline to cancel if it started to look worse. Overall SUPER satisfied and will definitely use again!

Overpriced, Unit did not function the way it was supposed to, not willing to resolve issues, or make things right. NEVER USE THEM!!! Rented a two piece very expensive waterslide with a slip and slide, after 4 phone calls about the entrance and sending photos, delivery people arrive and are automatic that this is gonna be a issue left without making sure unit worked correctly. Water was not coming out of one of the slides, slip and slide was useless....hit the bottom of the slide and the velcro scraped hips and sides. More than half of the unit was useless. Upon contacting Blaster Bouncer, it was made apparent that all items were the fault of the customer and nothing could be done. THIS UNIT IS A RIP OFF! The way it was set up, the unit itself is useless.

Weve been using Blaster Bouncer for years. It doesnt matter if were having a backyard bash and want a water slide or a bounce house or an all out carnival birthday party complete with carnival games and activities. Blaster Bouncer has everything we need. They deliver on-time, with professional service, great pricing and so hassle-free. Parties are next level with Blaster Bouncer!

Rented guitar hero- it was broken (one guitar didnt work well and very, very worn dirty equipment) tables and chair were dirty and one table was broken. My husband had to fix it (in front of delivery driver whom was setting up the game). First told delivery would be between 12-2 then day was told 2-4. They showed up at 4:10. Wouldnt recommend

We were at the Morrison Cider Festival and the bounce house generator was turned off and the houses began to collapse. The attendant running one of the houses did nothing to help get the scared children out. He literally just stood there. Parents were having to go in and get their terrified kids. You need to hire staff that is attentive and trained on what to do in these situations.

Our organization has rented from Blaster Bouncer for annual summer pool party for the last two summers. The ordering process was easy. Any questions I had were quickly answered by friendly staff. The delivery, set up, take down, and pick up were fast, clean, professional, and friendly. Blaster Bouncer staff came well prepared to provide a fun experience to all of the kids.

From the 1st phone call until the time that they picked up my sons castle, the service was an amazing experience. Mindy was so MUCH FUN to work with. She was so accommodating, she had the driver bring out a spare generator just in case we had power issues at the park at no x-tra charge! The delivery/pick up guy were very friendly and efficient. Blaster Bouncers are great. They bailed me out with a last minute request for a bounce house. They had it delivered and ready to go earlier than expected. Great customer service, will do business again!
