The management staff are very proactive should any needs arise. They are continually working to update the buildings and maintain them according to what is on trend in the marketplace. Im glad I chose to move my office to Kennedy Center Office Campus.

- The office was either too hot or too cold. Our office didnt have a thermostat to control the temperature.- Infested with flies and bugs. Management installed insect light machine (after 2 years of complaining about bugs) above the ceiling panels. I saw them cleaning the insect light machine once and I almost threw up- Water leak from ceiling- No sound proof. You can hear everything from next door offices- Some management workers are nice. Some are not so nice- Asked management to set up a meeting to renegotiate rent. They never set up a meeting- Elevator was too often out of order. It would often shake like an earthquake while you were inside. Many of our students and parents would share their frightening experience. Didnt look good for our business.- Dealt with extreme heat during multiple summers when the building AC broke- Watch out for hidden fees on the lease. They might not raise rent but they will raise cleaning fees, which is insanely high in my opinion- I signed multiple-year lease agreement. Obviously I moved as the first chance came.- Thank you returning $20 from our ~$1.3k deposit after 60 days without any documentations on the deposit return- Its not so much the management issue, it was more so the owner issue from my experience. Management company was doing what they were told.- I spoke with multiple tenants and heard similar issues.

Kennedy Center is a great office complex that allows me to skip the traffic of the Denver Tech Center and enjoy ample parking. The offices are well maintained with a friendly management staff on site. Food Trucks on Thursday make for an even more inviting office atmosphere that connects the tenants with the surrounding community.
