Carrie Lujan NP has been wonderful! She is compassionate and really cares about your needs and concerns. She gives me suggestions for supplements for a more holistic approach to mental health issues such as depression and anxiety, and they also offer medications if that’s the route you prefer! She responds to emails quickly and is always so nice about answering any questions. I would highly recommend to anyone needing help with depression, anxiety and more. The cost is reasonable even out of pocket and they have multiple locations! Thank you guys for all you do!!!! :)

Carrie truly cares about what you want as a patient and takes a holistic and balanced approach to your care. I was very hesitant to try certain medications and Carrie was able to ease my concerns AND find the right medication that suited what I needed and what I wanted. She also recommended supplements and habit changes that would help my medications work at peak performance. They even fought with my insurance for me when they told me only half of the medications would be covered. I now will only need to pay a copay for all my meds through the next year.After 2 months of seeing Carrie, I am proud to say that I finally feel like myself again. I am able to function as a normal and productive human and I cant thank Aspen Leaf and Carrie enough for being exactly what I needed when I was scared to seek help.

I currently see Kelly Prado at Aspen Holistic Mental Health and couldn’t be more pleased. When I finally decided that I needed some pharmaceutical support for my anxiety, I decided to reach out to Aspen Holistic Health because of my desire for a more integrative approach. Kelly is very knowledgeable about supplements and lifestyle adjustments that have been shown to improve symptoms related to mood disorders, and she is definitely not a “pill pusher”. She’s also kind person who compassionately listens, without judgement. Ernesto (I think he runs the office?) is also incredibly responsive and kind. A high quality provider with amazing customer service and office folks is basically a unicorn in my book!

I live in Summit County, and was having the hardest time finding a psychologist to meet with to start medication for treatment. The doctors in Summit County were booked for several weeks, and in my situation I was not able to wait that long. I looked for places in the Denver area and luckily found Aspen Leaf Holistic Mental Health. From my first phone call, I knew they were different. Ernesto in the office was one of the nicest and most helpful receptionist I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with! He was able to get me an appointment the very next day! My first appointment with Dr. Kelly Prado was also nothing short of amazing. Not only was I allocated a lot of time to discuss everything, but her bedside manner and professionalism instantly helped me to open up and know I was in the right hands! I cannot say enough good things about them, and I am forever grateful for their help and for how quickly they were able to assist me. With metal health, we can’t always afford to wait around without treatment, and Aspen Holistic truly understands that, and cares!

Aspen Leaf is fantastic especially Kelly Prado. Ive struggled for years finding someone who was not only doing their job, but also genuinely cares about me and my health. Kelly hits a home run in all the areas that are important to me. She’s a great listener, keeps detailed notes so she can very accurately keep track of our talks, concerns and medication regimens since i started seeing her about a year and a half ago.

Caring, kind, thoughtful and very responsive! Great with teens. In addition, the billing process is very easy so that takes a lot of stress off of the relationship. Office is welcoming and in a great location.
