This place saved our lives!! after needing to overnight critical medication from Maryland to Denver when the overnight package came and they did not leave it or call We talked to a customer service rep who assured us the driver would come back and drop the medication off before the end of the day well the end of the day rolls around after 6:00 and no word from the driver who is supposed to call us so we call customer service again and are told the drivers back at the center and we will not be able to get the package until Monday.Since this is critical medication this was not acceptable answer but the representative was no help at all only telling us the location of the shipping center where the package was held. He simply stated its closed so I cant call but you could show upSo we did just that. Finding it had been closed since we waited around all day for a driver who never came back, We knocked on the door where a nice mechanic opened it listened to what we had to say and went and got a manager.The manager then came out I cant remember her first name but her last name is Franklin. She explained that they were closed but when we explained the situation she took our tracking number and said she would see what she could do.After a few minutes she came out and after some verification handed us the medicine. Had she not had done this We would have needed to go to the emergency room to get this medication.Whike FedEx initially did us wrong they have to thank people like Mrs Franklin for making it right and saved our entire trip.Thank you to Mrs Franklin!
One of the worst centers...paid extra to get the package with express, but they did not delivered saying that there was nobody to sort the container out even tough they got the shipment in the early morning. I hope some managers investigate this location since it is not the first incident...

Driver scanned a package as attempted to be delivered but it was not. I called customer service and they confirmed that in fact the driver had not attempted the delivery. By the time we reached out your driver was done delivering for the day. Seems like he just wanted to be lazy and go home early instead of doing his job.

Drivers are not reading street signs. Niagara is not Newport (nor vice versa). Today is not the 1st time I have delivered FedEx packages to the CORRECT address.This time I was home and tried to get drivers attention. He never looked back.

Location customer service is fine. But they don’t have their stuff together. They tell you to call the 800 number and then the 800 number doesn’t take care of what you need. Now I’ll have to wait an extra day to get my package. Which is a time sensitive package. Absolutely Ridiculous
FedEx is the absolute worst. This title is hard to achieve considering their competition - USPS and UPS - can’t suck enough either. Somehow FedEx makes the other two groups of morons look helpful.
It was a horrible experience. I went there to ship some documents that need to be arrived by the next day and also need a return label. They asked me if I have my account number with me and I said I do have an account but I don’t have the number. She said sorry I can not help you then. I asked if she can retrieve my account by using phone number or email. The answer was no. She doesn’t seem like wanting to help me at all. I was holding my 10 month old and have my 3 year old with me. Their location has bad mobile signal that I couldn’t use my phone to find my account number online. I asked can I just create another account with you which I had done with another location last week. And she told me no, she doesn’t have the access to create account and I have to call costumer service to do It myself. Ridiculous!!!! The worst costumer service!

The fed delivery ground drivers do not follow instructions given to them by the people who call. I work in the aurora mall and the building does not open till 11:00am and I have told FedEx this many times and they keep saying they came and of course no one is here and they dont attempt delivery most of the time.
Worst customer service ever. I hate even using fedex period packages are always delayed. Never arrive when scheduled to be delivered. Check in line see the package arrived at facility then get told it arrived after dispatch. Scheduled for next day delivery. If I pay for fees to have it delivered sooner why does it not happen and then someone has to be home to pick it up. People have jobs and are not always home which is why we pay extra fees ! Ridiculous!!
Terrible custumer service. Asked to file a complaint and was DENIED because of the weather delays. My issue was not weather related. Its a sunny 50°F today. Your driver scanned a package as attempted to be delivered but it was not. I called customer service and they confirmed that in fact the driver had not attempted the delivery but scanned as such anyway. Asked to file a complaint because you only get so many attempts at delivery and was told no. Its super easy to say your customers are happy with the service when you actively deny people the option to provide feedback.

It started when I called the 800 number and was told that the package was not going to be delivered untill 10am two days later. That would not have worked because the medicine that packaged in the box was going to expire by noon the next day. That I couldnt wait any longer. When I called the representative was telling me that there was nothing they could do untill two days later before 10am. Well I thought to my self that I was going to take matters in my own hands and get the package. I found out where packages were taken back for non delivery and drove there my self. The guy who helped was super nice. Asked for my ID even thought I was picking up this package for my neighbor who has Parkinsons disease. I did have his ID also just in case. At first I was nervous because they guy I talked to on the phone said that NO ONE can pick up the package unless it was the person it was intended for. Fortunately the guy who helped me did everything right and I got the medicine safely in the refrigerator before it expired and my neighbor doesnt have to worry about paying double. Im giving the staff 5 stars for service at the location store. I would give 1 star to customer service representative on the phone because he actually told me that my neighbors package was at the warehouse and there is no customers allowed. Which is not true. Thank you for the great service at the fed ex store and now I can sleep at night because I know I got the medicine for my neighbor on time.

Terrible. One star is too much for this store. Nobody was working at the front desk and after 20 mins or so, some arrogant lady showed up as she was just rolled out from her bed . She had no clue what she was doing (not surprised) and I wasted 30 mins of my life. Thanks, Fedex
Terrible, drivers cant do their job, so now I have to go get my package, oh it lost, and let me quote all of our policies, while your still screwed cause the package you needed wont be ready by the time you leave on your trip. GEEZ, on the note sections of my.online orders I amping to add dont use FEDEX.
Jen is the worst employee ever! I had came in on a previous date of 9/25/2020 and she proceeded to tell me my ID was expired when it clearly wasn’t. Mind you I just went to the DMV a week before.... so I couldn’t get my package. Today 9/26/2020 I came in brought my needed documents to pick up my package, at first she wasn’t in sight then next thing you know she comes around attempted to help a customer then seen me, and ran to the back. Next thing you know the current employee that was assisting me tells me my ID was expired I said no check the issue date. And he said no it’s good. That employee then told me that Jen was the one who ran to the back to say that my ID was expired. I’m just saying she needs to mind her damn business.

Package was supposed to be delivered Tuesday. Delayed due to storm, no biggie as these things happen. New delivery date two days later, great! Package doesn’t show, new delivery date the following day. Still doesn’t show and new delivery date the following day. Tracking information lists it’s on the truck! Still not delivered. Upon calling, I am told delivery was attempted but unsuccessful because no one was home, but oddly no signature was required, so the package not being delivered for this reason makes no sense. Today customer service says it wasn’t out for delivery it was just on a truck and there was no driver delivering packages because they are short on drivers. I’m now told it will be here tomorrow or the following day. I’m not feeling very confident on this one. Thank you for your apology but that doesn’t get my package here or even guarantee when it will arrive.

Fedex is a hit or miss when it comes to delivery. They rarely answer the phone, but they are better than on track so I gave them a 3. I have a sign on my door that says dont leave packages at my door. THEY STILL LEAVE PACKAGES AT MY DOOR 😡 if they even bring them in the building or up the stairs at all.

5/01 Shelly who was working behind the desk (older woman with blonde curly hair) was incredibly rude and hostile to myself and other customers. She raised her voice, and after some miscommunication refused to come out from behind the back room - wildly unprofessional and really uncomfortable. Luckily a young man was also working who was really polite and helpful. The manager on site was Deon Grein and should consider moving Shelly to the back permanently, don’t know that she has the composure for front of the house work.
The people are polite. Have smiles and work with you if you need help.
Good staff here. They helped correct an error for a shipping address. I drop off frozen bison shipments going out to restaurants at this location. They stay open pretty late.

Worst customer service experience of my life. A woman named ‘novelly’ refused to help me, rude and hateful all cause I ask how her name is spelt.. called back answered and hung up multiple times. Finally called and spoke with a man named Josh who was just as rude as the woman I had previously spoken with. All in regards to a driver dropping my package off at the wrong address and not even bothering to retrieve it! Then lying to whomever his contractor is saying I had signed for the package then changing his story saying he left it on the front porch then finally saying he left it at the wrong house! A serious nightmare and still no package or contact in when this issue will be resolved. Honestly just laziness no one who works here seems to wanna do their job, such an embarrassment cause it’s such a simple one.

Package was supposed to be delivered today driver stated he could not get in doors were locked but yet surveillance and security stated that no FedEx driver came in at that time of delivery 10 minutes later another FedEx driver showed up and he got in I was told I could pick my package up at the end of the day after 6 was told several different instructions that we could then we couldnt then we could for now on I will make sure all packages come through UPS or the Postal Service
I raced here after work to pick up a package that needed a signature. They close at 730 and I arrived at 732. Natalie really helped me out. Even though I was late, she was pleasant, kind and got my package for me. Thanks, Natalie!

Love this shipping center because its conveniently located (for us) and easy to find. Best part about it, AUTOMATIC DOORS! When youre shipping stuff, the last thing you want to do is carry a huge box and try to magically maneuver and balance it while you try to open the door. I am all but 5 feet tall so this is a game changer for me!We print our labels at home so we just walk in and put it on the conveyor belt and walk away! So easy! And the prices are cheaper for us compared to UPS or the post office and it seems to get there faster!!
I only put one star because I couldnt select none. Whatever happened to costumer service? I was not greeted upon entrance. The agent disappeared while I waited in line for 4 minutes. Only to return without a greeting and no appreciation for my business. But he kindly greeted a familiar costumer behind me. UPS here I come !
I stopped by here just to drop off a package but also needed to use some tape. The energy in the store felt very stale and no one even acknowledged my presence. I ended up waiting in silence behind a woman for about 20 minutes, before just leaving. Please teach your staff basic customer service like to acknowledge customers when they enter and how to manage a line of people.

Ive never been here without waiting 15-20 minutes or more. Ive never been here with more than one person working. Very slow service due to a lack of sufficient staffing, but the people are always friendly (why I gave two stars instead of one). Management should consider having more than one person on the clock. I feel bad for the one person working on any given day.
FedEx waisted 3 hours of my day. I called the other night to check on a package. FedEx employee starts by telling me my package didnt come due to putting st and not Ave on my adress. I double checked it and verified that it was the exact adress that all my other mail is addressed to. Employee still tried to denie it for some reason. That employee left me on hold for a half hour! I had to hang up and call again and start all over. I will do my best to avoid shipping through fwd ex. I now have to 2 wait 2 more days hoping this mail man will be smart enough to find my home. Its your one job! At least get that right.

Do NOT waste your time unless you have too. I spent so much money to have this very important package delivered in time, not to mention all the loops I jumped through to order it in time, woke up at four am and stayed at home all day long awaiting this package. At 5 pm A neighbor received another package from FedEx and immediately knowing something was wrong I called to be told me package came at 2:25pm and wouldnt be deliverable until the next Monday by 8 pm. I asked why my package wasnt left and explained how I ordered it and specified no signature so it wouldnt be an issue as it has been numerous times before. I dont have but an hour until they close but am told if I rush I can make the store to pick it up. I went to my local FedEx as mentioned right away. After waiting in a line my turn arrived and the attendant walked away. Unaware of why I want being helped and why she would leave only myself, I began getting irritable and then I was approached by another worker that clearly didnt miss the rudeness that just happened asking how he could help. I explained everything and several minutes later I was given another excuse about my package and another facility. I agree to go to the next facility but dont expect much. I wouldnt be so upset if even one person up until now has been kind or even said Im sorry and in some fashion acted like I deserved respect as a customer and human being. I was treated like I want important and that customers only matter when theyre forking over cash for an overpriced box or packaging item. I will not ever order from any company that utilizes FedEx-Absolutely disgusted by this outrage they call customer service. Thank god for UPS! Never will return again!

FedEx failed to ship my package. Forced to drop off and waited in line for 20 mins because only one person working on a busy Saturday. This companys sub contractor says clearly shows an inefficient way to conduct simple business. In my opinion
My package was stolen by the man who works at the front counter. The package was never shipped and now fedex can’t provide any help. Package shipped Monday January 28th was suppose to arrive Wednesday and now the package is no longer in the system. Tall white male 6’3 200lbs grey curly hair

If youre planning on a visit to the fedex ship center, plan well ahead. You will need lots of time, probably 30 min if there is only one person in line in front of you, and a few supplies. Nothing is free here including such basics as tape stp being your own or be prepared to spend 8 bucks on a roll of tape and 5 dollars on a box. Once you get up to the counter you should expect decent customer service.

FedEx sucks. Nothing but problems with their driver delivering, or rather not delivering my packages to my apartment building. I understand that it is a gated community, but at least make an attempt to deliver my package. FedEx drivers are all a bunch of degenerates.
Always 20 plus people waiting and 1 person helping. Wait times are usually 30 minutes plus. I have never been to a FedEx where they dont call a second or third person to help when it gets busy especially when there are registers available.
Fedex always screws it up. Said my package was ready after 5 pm (which wasnt) and they told me to come back at 630 pm because the driver picked up an additional stop. I live across town! Always horrible service.
I had gone in to pick up an item, as I walked in, there were two other individuals waiting for services. One of the gentleman was waiting to mail something out (apparently this person was not able to help him), and another person was waiting for this office to locate his package (apparently it was lost in the back). Well as I walked in, the gentleman behind the desk was giving diections to someone, how to get to Wal-Mart (all while he was sucking on a lollipop, which was very unprofessional). So I proceeded up to the counter, then this gentleman, became missing for about another five minutes. When he finally came back up, he proceeded to call to the back office, to tell them it was going to be a long afternoon and it might be best to order out for delivery. Now it was finally my turn, he proceeded to ask for the tag, then for Id, he disappeared to the back to get my package. When he came back up, he placed my package on the counter (without making any sort of eye contact with me), and proceed to tell the other gentleman in the office that they could not find his package, and to go get something to eat and come back in an hour (really). Maybe customer service at this location is not a big deal. However, this young man did not say hello, thank you, good bye, or go screw yourself! He was too busy sucking on that lollipop, like it was the last one on earth. I bet if I had walked in with pizzas from dominos, he would have treated me like a king. He probably would have mailed out that other gentlemans package, and found that other persons package that was lost in back.

Terrible service.. the woman that waited on me was NOT sorry for the shipping issue that caused me to reship my gkids xmas package and she did not have enough fingers to point at others or a big enough bus to throw them all under..i wont go to that one off of Smith again. After a mix-up caused my brothers little dog to NOT receive her dog bed maybe while she was still alive, a wonderful woman in this office went out of her way to help me, in Michigan, get that bed re-delivered. Showed a lot of human caring and I do thank her.

VERY POOR !!!!No phone number to call store directly and incompetent delivery service. Driver didnt knock on door to make delivery (with door open), just noted as unable to deliver and left with package. I had to goto the store and pick up my package after calling the 800 number 3 times.
