Not professional on the phone. Made a last-minute inquiry over the phone and they were fully booked (which is totally understandable since I was calling last-minute) but the guy hung up on me immediately after saying they weren’t available before I could even ask about another date. Bad first impression.

I had scheduled a party bus over the phone where the employee I spoke with took down my information and took my credit card number. I gave them the address and time where the bus should pick us up. The bus never showed up. I called the company and they said “well who did you speak with”. The company said they never had the reservation. I would suggest using a different company if you actually want to be picked up in a limo or party bus.

We ordered a party bus to do a family outing of viewing Christmas lights.I emailed them the day before to confirm they would be there which they were but we ended up getting a huge bus instead of the smaller party bus. we booked. We felt at the very least they should have called us the day of and given us a chance to reschedule or get a refund if the vehicle we booked was not available.It was very hard and slow for a big bus to get down neighborhood streets and we feel like our time was impacted by the huge bus they sent.I have tried for two weeks to get some resolution but nothing from the company. When you pay $360 and dont get what you pay for nor do you even get a phone call back from anyone addressing our concerns, I think their customers satisfaction is not their priority and that sucks. Wont use them again.

We use them for all are transportation needs when we are in Denver. We have been using them for years so it used to be mostly limousines. Now days we use the party buses much more. They have a great staff!

I had the BEST experience ever!!!!! Not only was the party bus spectacular, our driver was awesome, accommodating, patient and very helpful. Easy to get a hold of throughout the night, on time, everything I wanted on the bus was provided, and my expectations were exceeded. Not to mention affordable. What a Day!!! we used a party bus for a brewery tour during the day, and during the evening for my best friends bachelor party. I gotta give props to our driver Matt for putting up with my 18 crazy friends but he was a great driver! They were on time, bus was very cool and stereo was Great. This place is a complete joke. Their party buses are junk. The prices are ridiculous. They charged us an additional 250 for something that wasnt even done. I will never recommend this place to anyone! They picked us up in a hunk of junk r.v thing that had to be 30 years old. The employee I talked to was so rude. We were promised 2 bottles of alcohol and never got them. Our party bus was supposed to fit 20 people and it didnt. We had 5 people standing up all night. This was the worst experience Ive ever had with a party bus!

Ive used their service for years. Nothing but the best every time! Ive used limo services in multiple cities including NY, San Diego, Dallas, Houston, Las Vegas just to name a few and these fellas are top of the line over everyone else! Reliable, friendly and costs are very fair especially when the service is second to none!

Absolute worst service for any business I have ever interacted with.The night of our booking we received a phone call with multiple bizarre sounding coincidences such as the party bus we would be getting changing three times, one time for an error on their part, one time due to a bus breaking down and another because the driver of that bus was sick.When our party bus finally arrived for us 2 hours late, there was a brand new bill and rate to sign completely different from the one originally agreed on when we first made the booking, and at a significantly more expensive rate.We had to bite the bullet and signed it and took the hit but the story doesnt end there.When their driver took the physical card and copied down the information on it they wrote down the wrong CCV (security code) on the card so the following day and over the next 3 days literally attempted to charge the card hundreds of time which sent off a red alert with my bank and caused them to lock down all of my accounts unbeknownst to me. I was called and they asked for the card NUMBER which I repeatedly gave to them and was correct for 2 consecutive days. This obviously didnt work because they still had the wrong security code and continued to try and use it with that. On the third day they went over my head completely called my college and place of work and harassed them with threats of legal action for trying to scam them when they simply were unable to correctly charge the method of payment. At that point I had to go through the process and work on my end to figure out why it wasnt working and after calling my bank and finding out it was attempting to be charged with the wrong security code which I verified by cross referencing with them and then they were able to charge the card.Absolutely terrible experience and would recommend that no one uses their service for any reason. There are plenty of well rated alternatives in and around Denver.

Ive booked with other companies before, and this one had the best value and service the day of. My driver, Dominic was awesome. Not only did we feel comfortable leaving our stuff on the bus with him, but he even made sure to get the cell phone numbers of a few of the others so we would all know were he would pick us up. He was especially helpful with my friend who had crutches. The bus wasnt the fanciest thing in the world, but it was more than decent for a Red Rocks show, especially for the price. My only negative would be that they didnt email me a confirmation, even after I repeatedly requested one. However, I didnt think it was that big of a deal since I called twice to confirm and then they called the day of to confirm again. Im definitely going to stick with this company in the future.

Absolutely the worst limo experience I have ever had. This company is dishonest and does not care about customer service. Ryan our driver was rude and included extra fees at the end of the night, Dino the booking agent dodged all complaints in the days that followed. My story of having an extra $200 tacked on to my bill without reason and without being refunded is nothing compared to others stories of being stranded at red rocks and of drivers practicing dangerous behavior - placing the passengers lives at risk. Dont book with this company if professionalism, honesty, and integrity mean anything to you.

Total scam. Party Bus is what that other reviewed described, a short bus painted black with crappy interior. I found two screws that were in the walls that were loose! Plus, the driver was a half hour late picking us up, then ditched us at red rocks! She lied and said she was there, until we walked 15 mins to where she said she was and then confronted and she said she was at I-25 and 6th! We ended up having to find our own way home, or wait for hours in the cold and crowd.NOT THE WORST PART!Now this company is claiming we broke into the bus (that we didnt even use to get home in) and vandalized it. They have not returned the personal positions left on the van and they also refuse to acknowledge the $700 we paid CASH. The credit card used just for a security deposit was charged another $700! OUTRAGEOUS!! Police reports have been filed. Beware.

We had a Awesome party bus for a concert we used to use some old smelly school buses for the same price per person. Until my friend introduced us to this company. Defiantly the new way for us to travel when partying!!

Absolutely terrible customer service. I exchanged a few emails with Dragan Kojic and he was very unprofessional. They booked the bus we wanted right out from under us. There are so many different companies in Denver and I really recommend using a different company.

This is a complete hoax! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! This company was very unorganized when I called to set up the party bus rental. I called back a week later to confirm the time and provide an address for pick up and they had my reservation under a completely different name. An hour before the event, the driver called to confirm and then told us it was going to be an additional $200 for a driver fee that we never discussed previously. Then the party bus showed up to pick up 35 people and it was a school bus painted flat back with crap leather seats, ghetto laser lighting and the orignal bus sound system. The so called wet bar was made up from plywood and had Corona beer buckets in it for ice and drinks. I was completely mortified as the party planner and in no way would I ever recommend this company to a friend or complete stranger!!!

We reserved our bus 5 months ago. 5 months. We used a Groupon.2 weeks before the reservation they called saying the bus we reserved broke down, and all their other busses were booked. Clearly a bus can be fixed within 2 weeks. This is what we call a price gouge. Sorry we used your groupon? Bad business practices, so for all of you please: AVOID THIS COMPANY

Horrible customer service. Driver harrased clients for tip and made them empty their purses to reach the $80 minimum tip. Contract said 18% tip was included but when we called the next day to try and correct the problem, they refused to apologize for the incident and was extremely rude AND denied that the tip was included. Would not ever use again.
