My daughter hired a party bus for a birthday celebration and was super happy with her experience.I made most of the arrangements and the owner was helpful and responsive in all my interactions with him. I made our payment thru Venmo, which made it extremely convenient.The driver - Anthony - was one of the big highlights. Very nice guy. Gave me confidence that my daughter and her friends would have a fun night and also be well, and responsibly, cared for.I had concerns about hiring a party bus, because of the amount of money I was spending and because I had no recommendations from anyone I knew. In the end, though, I was completely satisfied with how things turned out ... from start to finish.I would definitely work with - and recommend - A Five Star Limo in the future.

Tony was amazing. He gave us a good drive all night and kept us safe. 10/10 hands down would definitely recommend. The breath mints he gave were the best after we were all tired from partying.

I was in contact with this company and after I got the quote they told me to send over my information so I can book it. Well, after following up after they didnt send the email they didnt answer my first few calls and never replied to my text about when I would get the confirmation email. I called them 2 days later and said they booked the bus for someone else. Not impressed with this at all. Poor service

Terrible service I rented a party bus for my daughter’s quinceañera and it keep breaking down they spent over 1.5 hrs in the road trying to get the bus going! And I never worked so they had to go get another bus and when I called the person who answered the phone treated me like I was the one giving them trouble when I paid weeks in advance for 4 hrs rental $900!!! They were trying to offer me 1 extra hr of rental instead of refunding me with the money for the 1.5 they lost trying to fix the party bus. A quinceañera is in a very tight schedule and she had to be at the party at very specific time we didn’t had an extra hr for her and her quinceañera party to be riding.

We rented a 20 person limo and leading up to the event all was ok. The night of the event it was 15 degrees out, and the heater on the limo was broke. The driver was not familiar with the limo and pulled over on the interstate for 30 minutes to get it to work. The temperature dropped to 40 degrees in the limo for over 75% of our rental. At one stop when I where we waited again for 30 minutes for a mechanic that never showed up. I was threatened that they would kick everyone off the limo if I complained again. When I spoke with the owner Rocco he proceeded to yell at me for 30 minutes because I didn’t think the ride deserved a tip and was insulting saying it wasn’t his problem or his fault. He said if we want to meet in person to handle this he would do that. A terrible ran company from the top down.

Im surprised others had such a great experience with this company when ours was such the opposite. Perhaps it was because we booked their services through a booking agency (Price4Limo).There was little to no communication from A Five Star Limo prior to the event. On the day of the wedding, the bus driver presented us with a contract we HAD to sign, which forced us to pay 20% gratuity. We had contracted with another company for shuttling the guests and that gratuity was $50/driver.Because of a snow storm the day before the wedding, the road to the pick-up location was impassible and we had to reroute to another location for pick-up. We were charged an additional fee for this change.The bus absolutely reeked of marijuana… not a pleasant experience for the bridal party (including ring bearer & flower girl).We called the company to discuss these issues and the owner was willing to work with us. He offered to discount the location-change fee and provide a nominal refund for the smell of the bus. Unfortunately, we are still waiting to see that refund appear (it’s been almost 2 months since that discussion).I don’t know that I would necessarily recommend this company, but maybe you’ll have better luck by contracting with them directly rather than going through a booking agency.

We recently got back from our honeymoon and wanted to tell you about this amazing limo company. When I booked the luxury bus for my wedding they were very kind, responsive and helpful. We had our guest shuttled from the hotel to the venue and this went off without a hitch.Our guest commented on how nice the bus was and how great the the driver (Guy) was to them. Mariano in the office also upgrade our getaway car as a surprise and we are so very grateful to him.This company worked within our budget and comes with our highest recommendation.

OMG!What A wonderful experience I had with this limousine company.I rented two party buses for my wedding party.One was for the bride and another was for the grooms party.When my driver (Christina)arrived to pick me up and the bridesmaids, I just received a call from my florist telling me that there truck broke down and my flowers might not make it to the wedding.Over hearing the conversation and me being upset Christina said let her see what she can do.She called her boss Dino in which I pleasantly worked with arranging my party buses.To my amazement Dino sent another party bus to pick up the florist and my flowers at NO additional charge.My wedding went perfectly and i will always remember the kindness of Dino and Christina.I would highly recommend this company for any needs.

First of all I was surprised how the customer service was over the phone. Dino explained everything from A to Z about the party buses and also directed me to their web site for pictures of their fleet, and also offered to visit their facility to see them.Trusting the service on the phone i booked the 30 passenger bus,The day of my bus my driver Nathen was 20 minutes early and gave me his cell number for any changes at our location if needed.The party bus was extremely clean and stocked with drinks and ice.The service was outstanding and highly recommend their services to any one in Denver area.

We decided to visit some fun spot at some local bars and be safe by having a driver.Jorge the driver was awesome.He even recommend a few places that we went to that treated us like VIPs.We all had a great night at a reasonable price.I definitely will be using them again for my girlfriends birthday .

Used this company for Prom and they were awesome. They were very patient with us and the limo was very nice and clean. Our driver was friendly and polite and got us where we needed to be exactly on time. Everyone in our group had a blast. 100% recommend.

Great customer service and very flexible to our needs. Our driver was wonderful. He was very kind, patient, and accommodating. Our event wrapped up early so we called our driver to pick us up earlier than we had arranged for. He picked us up immediately and we were so grateful.

This was a scam and deceitful company. There is not an honest cancellation policy. I cancelled this reservation weeks in advance due to a family emergency and instead of charging me a cancellation fee or deposit fee, they made me pay for the full amount of the limo and would not credit me back a dime. Completely dishonest and what a scam to take $1400 from someone who never even received the service. DO NOT USE!!! Not to mention they are a third party service that I ended up speaking to someone out of Florida and he literally told me, sorry there is nothing we can do. So My credit card was again charged 3 times for serviced that I tried to Cancel. GIVE YOUR MONEY TO HONEST PEOPLE NOT SCAM ARTIST.

If I could give them 6 stars, I would. I used them for my sister bachelorette party and they were amazing .Everyone had a blast and Dino, our driver was very accommodating.. He was on time and super helpful with everything.This is the 2nd time i have used them and look forward to the time I need a party bus.Would and have recommended them to friends and family.

We rented the 50 Pax Limo for Prom last weekend with a Perfect Experience All Around! My daughter started the coordination and I finished up. We received tremendous support and coordination prior to the Prom: Straight forward, professional, and reliable. Driver was tremendous and the kids had nothing but great things to say about the Prom Bus and the driver. The bus showed up early, and drove to restaurant, Prom, and after party. The Limo was new and awesome and driver was great!! I highly recommend A 5 Star Limo as we definately had a 5 Star Experience!!

My wedding experience with this company was horrific. Not only did they not show up but they charged the incorrect card for the full amount. When I asked them why they charged me they threatened to take ME to court. I was charged $899 for them to NOT show up. They are dishonest and run a scam business. DO NOT use these crooks.

Do not use this service the level of unprofessionalism is dispicable. The driver was rude arrogant unprofessional and totally disrespectful. On top of that was a con artists that was very much a bully.She told us when to get out by turning the lights of and slamming the door open. She was very impatient.If you have an important evening dont take a chance with this company.

I reserved a limo for my daughters 16th birthday, for 9 people. Was quoted $279, charged an extra 20% for drivers wage. 3 hours before they were to arrive, I got a call saying they needed to put us in a 30 person party bus and it was an upgrade at no extra charge. 2 problems here, it removed the feel of her being picked up by a limo, which is what she was seeking, and it so big, it dwarfed her party of friends. The driver called on arrival to tell me that he couldnt get down to pick us up at Elitches entry and that we needed to walk towards him, I spent 15 minutes on the phone trying to explain where we were walking and what signs we were by. Half of the glasess were full of previous rides drinks. Trash cans were full and when the aux cable failed to play the kids music from their devices, he told me to figure it out myself. Not exactly a 5 star experience. Unfortunately, she doesnt get a do-over for her 16th birthday party.

I cannot recommend this company less. The pricing was deceitful and the customer service was beyond offensive.
