Evelyn and Nick were amazing! Evelyn from planning down to the wire on everything to make it just so and flawless! Nick being our driver making sure the bachelorette party was in full swing and girls were happy and comfortable! Cups ice and waters were on hand and very handy since lots of drinks were flowing! Everyone loved Nick being so engaged with the group and got us to our reservations on time for a drag show and always showing up at the perfect time between stops for onboarding and off boarding between bars! The price is the best around and the genuine connection and wanting whatever your party is to be fun and successful is their goal as well! I planned the whole thing and would do it again! I booked with 303 Party Bus after reading all the positive reviews. I booked with Tina who was friendly, kind and helpful. I booked their 26 people bus for my boyfriend’s 30th Birthday Party for Friday, August 20th. I paid a $250 deposit upfront for the $1,200 bus.However, the week leading up to the party my boyfriend and I tested positive for Covid. I called during business hours as soon as I found out and left a voicemail stating that we tested positive for Covid and would need to cancel the bus for later that week but would love to still reschedule it for a couple weeks later.I never received a call back so the next afternoon I called another women answered, (not Tina, I wanna say her name was Evelyn? But I’m not sure because she never told me when she answered the phone, just heard someone maybe say it in the background). I told her I had called the day before and left a voicemail and wanted to confirm they received it and that we had to cancel the bus that weekend because of our positive Covid results but would like to reschedule to bus for a few weeks later. She looked up my reservation, told me it had been canceled and promptly hung up on me.I called a couple days later and it was the same women who answered the phone again, and I explained the situation that we wanted to reschedule the bus. We didn’t want to fully cancel and she told me it wasn’t their problem that I had Covid, how would they know anyway, and I offered to send over my positive results from my drs but she said not their problem. They had charged my card half of the price for the whole bus. So instead of just the $250 deposit I now have paid $700, I said I really just wanted to reschedule and not completely cancel but she said I’m just lucky they didn’t charge me the full amount and said we had a bad phone connection and hung up on me again.I understand that I canceled within a week of our event, therefore they could charge me more for the bus but I am so disappointed at the customer service and that no one was willing to work with me to reschedule. Just took my money and hung up on me. We were really looking forward to celebrating my boyfriends 30th birthday with a 303Party Bus and we’re really just hoping to push it back a week or two but the lack of kindness and customer service I received was shocking. Yes, I understand it’s not their problem we got Covid but I really just wanted to reschedule not cancel the whole thing. Evelyn(?) was so rude both times I talked to her. Also I know there was a red rocks show the night of the 20th and they had said they would be able to rebook the bus for other people. But to still cancel on me, charge my card $700, and not work with me to reschedule a new date to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday was extremely disappointing.

Wow. What an amazing experience. My friends and I wanted to go to a movie in Aurora and we all live downtown Denver. As opposed to taking 4 or 5 cars separately, we decided to all go together in one vehicle. It made the whole experience infinitely better. I highly recommend it.

Our driver was 25 minutes late to pick us up which made us late for a surprise party I planned. I couldnt even get a hold of our driver until after he was supposed to arrive which was so stressful with 13 people staring at me wondering what was going on.The driver didnt even apologize. He acted like we were an inconvenience. You would think for a $1000 ride, they could show up on time. The manager was supposed to call and didnt. I picked this company for the good reviews but do not be fooled like me. If you do pick this company, ask the drive to be there an hour before you need them if you want them there on time.

Awful customer service. Extremely rude staff, we were hung up on multiple times. Unwilling to work with our timeline. Still charging our card full price even without ever signing the contract. We ended up paying for more than we got as they cut down our time by 2 hours because they needed our driver for another ride. There are lots of good options out there, and this is not one of them. Look elsewhere and avoid a serious headache.

I rented a party bus for my bachelorette party this past weekend. The customer service was good, but the bus was not. The sounds system was absolutely terrible. It was obvious that a speaker was blown out. The ceiling was partially broken where the pole attached to it and overall, the bus was in bad shape. It was not worth the amount of money I spent.

Jason was our driver and he was a great host as well! He got us to where we needed to go very smoothly while allowing us to have a great time! We were bussing to Horsetooth and he knew exactly where to go to get a parking spot and get us a good beach spot. The day turned out perfectly!

We rented a bus for a Red Rocks show and it was a great and easy experience! It was super easy to book the bus. On the day of the show the bus driver was there with plenty of time for us to get ready and leave. And he was nice enough to drop us off right in downtown so that we could go out after :). The bus was very clean with plenty of room and had cups and ice ready for us. It also had an aux cord for the speakers so we could listen to our own music. Definitely would recommend!

Our driver Andy was so attentive to each of the needs on the bus from stopping at each bar requested to driving a friend who needed to get home in between bars. He offered us waters and played the best music without us even having to ask such a great night of dancing on the bus and memories made with some old high school friends.

Amazing experience. Ive taken the bus several times now and every time it seems to be more fun than the last. Theres a spot you can set up your bar, poles for special dances, plenty of room to groove, and tons of seating so you can include everyone in your party! Id recommend it every time. The owners do an amazing job of ensuring the best experience, theyre real people and can adjust anything to accommodate your requests, and really take the time to hire the best drivers to ensure the least amount of stress on the hosts. Really cant speak highly enough about it!

This was our first trip with 303 but wont be our last. Our group had done party busses in the past and this was by far the best experience. We did a boulder brewery tour and these guys took care of everything. It was much easier to book with them than the other companies in Denver. Here you are dealing directly with the owners not some broker.. The bus is very large and can accommodate large groups. We took 25 which left us plenty of room but another 10+ people would have been fine as well. Large open floor plan allows for plenty of drinking and dancing. Sound system is amazing and easy to use with any phone/MP3. They were early to pickup. They were more than flexible with our group which is a pretty wild bunch. Overall, everything was perfect and I would highly recommend calling these guys first before any other. Thanks so much for the wonderful time!!

This was by far the easiest and most fun party bus experience Ive ever had. Scheduling with Nick was a breeze even though I was booking pretty last minute and travel was from a somewhat remote location in the foothills. Trevor, our driver, had no problem finding the location and was in great contact with me all night. Our group was a little challenging in that our number of riders fluctuated as we got closer to downtown Denver but Trevor could not have been more accommodating in making stops as requested. The actual bus is truly a one-of-a-kind party transportation experience. It is so roomy and well-decorated with lighting control and DJ control behind the bar area that it feels like you are actually in a mobile nightclub. My entire experience with 3030 Party Bus was excellent. It was an easy registration process, the driver showed up on time, the bus ride was smooth sailing to red rocks and the driver was very understanding with people coming back to the bus. Cant rate this bus company high enough. Hands down the best bus experience Ive had.

The party bus was nice and went well. The price was good too. However when booking they said they were flexible with time but then they had pressured us to leave Denver and head back to Boulder before 10:00pm which was not stated previously when booking. We were told theyre pretty flexible and its charged by the hour. The driver had a final exam to take the next day and needed to drop people off and so they could get back to go home and study or sleep for the final. It would be wise to not have your driver have an exam and allowing them to pressure people to leave when being paid hourly.

Best Party Bus experience by far! I would like to start by saying how exceptionally cool and patient the driver was for our group of 25 people. Herding cats is an understatement, of which his personality and flexibility, handled very well. With such a large group it is difficult to have one central pick-up and drop-off location, but 303 Party Bus was flexible enough for us to have two pick-up and drop-ff locations, so everyone in our group could get off work and make it to one of the locations in time for departure to Red Rocks. The customer service from start to finish was great! For large or small groups- 303 Party Bus is the way to go!

Great service, super flexible, reasonable pricing, nice quality bus/seats with good sound system, and an overall great time. Tina was our driver, and she was fantastic. I am from out of town, and they helped us figure out where the best places to go were and logistically how it would all work. I would definitely recommend this for anything from a family gathering to a bachelor/bachelorette party.

If I could give 0 stars I would. When I called to make the reservation it was very close to the event and they were a last hope. They were rude but I didn’t have anywhere else anymore. I gave them the deposit that they asked for and set up the party. Unfortunately we did not get the participation so I had to cancel.When I called to cancel I did not ask for a refund or talk anything about money. I did however say that I did not sign any contract. I was abruptly cut off and told “well I told you I have a strict no refund policy.” I then replied that I have no contractual obligation to uphold and that I hadn’t asked for a refund but technically I did not sign and she DID NOT say that over the phone when making the reservation she has no ground on that statement. She then hung up on me.That being said I told the person the party was for and she then made a review. Saying a shorter version of what I have stated. They were rude with their reply to that and every other negative review they have on google.I would not wish my enemies to use their services. Affordability is a lie based on the fact that they charge you 150-160 dollar per hour with a minimum of 6 hours. And provide nothing else but the bus and a cooler of ice. I would have said no if I had any other choice at the moment.DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT do business with them. No customer service at all and just worried about the money in their pocket. This party bus service is a joke!!!!!!!!!!!!’

I used 303 Party Bus to the Sam Smith concert at 1st Bank. I am a frequent concert goer usually going to 20+ shows a year. I am constantly riding on party buses. This is far and away the best bus company out there. Nick and company are great guys and go above and beyond for their customers. I will never use any other bus company in Denver now that I know these guys! I am so excited for Red Rocks season. Get your reservations in early!
