I love DLS - this has been my go to spot in Denver for my skincare and waxing needs for three years now. Everyone there is amazing, super knowledgeable, and the treatments leave you feeling refreshed and renewed. Today I had the most relaxing facial service I have ever had from Taylor and my face is already brighter after a really thorough job well done. Really glad to have found this special spot that has helped me transform my skincare routine so I can enjoy my favorite parts of Colorado without sacrificing glowing skin.

After my first time ago DLS I am very impressed! The staff worked with me to get a plan that was/is most appropriate for my skin type based on my genetics and current situation (pregnant). They didnt try to keep me with a service just because it was scheduled or the most expensive one but instead after assessing my skins condition THAT day they helped guide me to the most appropriate service with plans to do other treatments targeted for my concern when appropriate and most beneficial. They could have easily told me to do it now and later to make a buck but instead they supported making the most professional and skin-caring decision. I will definitely be coming back and feel comfortable knowing I can trust the recommendations they are giving me. The treatment I did receive was wonderful and I could tell the products and techniques they used were top of the line.

I have always had a great experience here and the appt I just had with Colleen furthered that. While she was doing one service with me, she discussed all the details and process of my first laser hair removal that was the next service. I felt prepared. And my eyebrows look AMAZING. I always feel my sexiest after seeing her!

I had a great initial consultation with Mara. Very professional and informative.

Good results. However, a couple of things:1. Check in was awkward! No staff member makes you feel welcome or at home, I thought this was strange for an upscale place like this. I came in really excited, and it almost seemed like everyone was just ready to go home for the day and didnt want to talk to anyone.2. Upon being in the treatment room, Colleen was WONDERFUL. Fun, informative, made me feel super comfortable. It was clear she knew what she was doing.3. Post Op: okay first, I really wish you all would have emailed me with a list of things that I needed from CVS PRIOR to the appointment. Thank goodness I had someone to go to the store, I was in zero condition to be in public for days and did not have what I needed at home (and the minimal things that you gave me did not last more than a day and it wasnt everything I needed)!Second, all reachout after the procedure was reactive, not proactive. There was no check in about infection, or how I was feeling or how it was healing. Ive been to lots of places before and this was a little abnormal.In general, I think the pre and post instructional use needs to be much more clear, as well as staff putting in more effort especially for the high end place that you have!

I had an excellent experience overall at Denver Laser Solutions. I had a CO2 fractional ablative facial with Nicole and she did a great job. I had it done mostly for hyperpigmentation/melasma as well as some acne scarring. Everyone was very friendly, professional and capable. My consultation took place about a year before the facial (due to COVID) so there was a small mixup about pre-care instructions but all worked out. The price was super reasonable and I’m really happy with the results. Before and after (only 6 days out and no makeup—will continue to improve)! I will be back!!

Paid $900 for three treatments of laser facial resurfacing and had no improvement. I wish I did more research as I now know that initially the swelling from the treatment makes you skin puff up and it looks like your face is smooth, however once the swelling goes down the scars return. Total scam.

I’ve been to DLS three times in the past few months for a Kybella Consultation, receiving the actual injections, and then an Ultherapy treatment. Jennifer worked with me at each appointment and was amazing! She walked me through every step of each process, and always made sure I was comfortable! Ive been coming to Denver Laser Solutions for several years and they consistently go above and beyond 5 stars! I started coming here for laser hair removal and they are always exceptionally competent and make sure they treat an area thoroughly. I also go here for fairly simple Botox between my eyebrows and they do just as good of a job using the same dosage as what Ive had done with a medical doctor that specializes in injections. The thing that makes this place one the best in Denver is they actually listen to clients on customizing their needs whether its using ultrasound gel to keep my skin calm during laser treatment or adding an extra unit or two of Botox to get a uniform, long-lasting result. Finally, they offer great specials throughout the year and are always proactive with applying reward and discount programs!

I got a facial from Claire and it was amazing! I felt a dramatic difference in my skin, it was relaxing but she did work!! The week after the treatment, white heads were literally just coming to the surface... not even creating a zit because my pores were so clean. Parking was easy, cool location, and I love Claire!

I broke my nose as a teenager and was left with dark red, broken blood vessels on on cheeks and nose. I had one IPL photofacial treatment and within 2 weeks my blood vessels were gone. Im also going through laser hair removal treatments on my neckline which are surprisingly painless. Great value out of the $$ Ive spent here! Will be coming back.

Tiffany is absolutely awesome! I came in for treatment on my neck to remove the facial hair that had given me painful ingrown hairs for years. Tiffany described the laser treatment to me and has done an amazing job. I no longer get those ingrown hairs and I love the way my skin is looking! As an Asian woman who has relatively little hair to begin with, I have already received laser hair removal treatments more than 10+ times in Boulder until recently. Moving out of Boulder challenged me to find a new place where I can continue my treatment on a sporadic, as-needed basis. In Boulder, I used to pay $50 per visit for the treated areas, due to the fact that I have continuously received it in the last few years, hence the treatment was a breeze, typically taking 20 minutes to wrap up.Prior to my appointment, I had a lengthy conversation with the receptionist/consultant about my needs and history, and she suggested that I sign up for a 3 session package to treat the areas with 10% discount at $375. I opted in and thats when and where the bud of miscommunication was sown. It was still steeper than what I used to pay in Boulder, but I figured that it was reasonable enough to go along with it. My first appointment went swimmingly with Juliette for about 40 minutes; she took her time to target every area with great precision & meticulousness without losing a sense of humour and friendliness. Everything was beyond pleasant and I walked out of the clinic totally psyched to have found another awesome local business.Time flew by and I decided to go in for the second session on Nov 8th. There was barely no hair from optical standpoint in areas, but I wanted to be proactive. I should have noticed that something was iffy when I went in and a different technician told me that she couldnt find my package details in my file. Now I fully take my responsibility in not confirming everything laid out in my believed package before I actually started. The technician was a little abrupt in her manners to the point that she sounded mechanical; for example, she would just stay in while I was changing. I just brushed it off and not to make a big deal out of it. The whole treatment took 10 minutes-- max 15. Were talking about four different areas; You can tell how little hair I had to begin with. I came out and she told me that I need to pay another $375. Apparently, from the DLS point of view, what the previous receptionist/consultant in my first appointment indicated was that treating all those areas, no matter how little of the treatment required, would amount to $375 per session, not for 3 sessions.If the second technician I dealt with and the other lady at the reception took their time to truly understand where the root of misunderstanding came from and to remedy it, I wouldnt have gone so far to leave this review. However, they were visibly uncomfortable and had no interest in resolving the issue & empathizing with a confused client. I have the second technicians name and gave it a long thought whether to disclose here, but she may be an excellent technician otherwise and deserves a second chance.Had I known it would cost another $375, Id have gladly paid for late cancellation fee and walked out there and then. Please take this review seriously, do an reappraisal of your pricing for clients who have already received many in the past, and retrain your staff for better and effective communication.

Amazing experience! I had really bad hyoerpigmentation on my face after pregnancy and the estethician helped guide me toward what I needed to do to correct it. She was super informative and professional. I knew exactly what to expect in every step of the process. My skin looks 1000x better now and I have so much more confidence! Thank you DLS!

I wasn’t satisfied with results, I’ve gotten a lot of acne in the face areas where I got laser hair removal.

I moved to Denver two years ago from Dallas and had tried a couple of places to get filler and Botox in Denver. None of the places were the right fit. Like Goldilocks, I was looking for something I just couldnt find. When it came to my lips, I wouldnt go anywhere except my aesthetician in Dallas, flying in once a year to go see her because I just looked so natural. Enter Juliette at Denver Laser Solutions.I am so HAPPY that I no longer have to go to Dallas for great filler, botox & lip enhancement. Juliette first did some work with Botox after I asked her what I needed and she was SPOT ON. The Botox immediately helped me look younger. I went back and had Juliette do filler around my nasal labial folds and my marionette lines. WOWZA! What great work. Because I looked so good, I took a risk and Juliette did my lips too. She is even BETTER than my Dallas aesthetician. I cant believe Im saying that. I feel like Im cheating on the girl in Dallas, but it was just such an ordeal to have to fly there to have my filler needs met. I love Juliette. She is amazing and I hope she never leaves.

Ive been coming here for about 6 months now, and I am in love with this place. I am doing laser hair removal on my face, and I am on my 5th session and only have about 2 hairs still growing. I also just got my first microdermabrasion ever last night and you have to try it!!! i wish i could post a picture of my skin afterwards. its never been so clear in my whole life... Colleen got all of my blackheads out.i recommend this place to everyone, and will be taking my grandmother & mother next!
