Facial Aesthetics is hands down the best med spa in Denver. Their location in Cherry Creek is beautiful, clean and everyone is very professional. Each time I see Ingrid, she knows exactly what I need and is so kind, talkative and amazing at what she does. They have the best skin products, treatments and everything in between. I loved the results when I walked out. I got filler in the lips, cheeks and under eye area as well as botox.Lips and cheeks look great! But I saw little difference under the eye area as the swelling went down.Still have a lot of hollowness and a fairly prominent line. Not sure if she was trying to be conservative with it but I think it could have done with a bit more filler.Otherwise no other complaints! Lovely staff! And very professional atmosphere.

Paula was my injector and she was incredible! I have had lip injections once in the past, and it was very painful, plus I bruised like crazy almost immediately. With Paula, I would describe the injections as only being moderately uncomfortable, certainly not painful. No bruising so far, and my lips look incredible. Not only are my results superior, the customer service was just great all around. I will definitely be back!

When I showed up for my appointment and not beforehand, the receptionist informed me of Facial Aesthetics policy not to provide treatment to anyone within two weeks of receiving a Covid vaccine shot. As I had received a shot within two weeks of arriving, they refused to see me.I have no qualms with the policy, but I found it to be very unprofessional that they informed me of the policy only after I had taken an hour out of my day to come to the appointment instead of over the phone when I made the appointment. They showed no respect for my time.So, just be aware of this policy as they will not inform you of it when you make your appointment.

Treatment 2...I went to see Mollie for my second microneedling on Monday. She has been checking in with me daily to ensure my skin is feeling ok and to provide any tips on how to care for my skin as it heals. She is SO responsive. I get to see her in 4 weeks for my first laser treatment! Time to address my pigmentation, scarring, and fine lines. I cant wait to post another photo after my skin fully heals in the next few days.Treatment 1...TL;DR - Mollie is a miracle worker!I first went to Facial Aesthetics for a hydrafacial and upon meeting Mollie, I was SO impressed by her honesty. I let her know I was a bridesmaid in a wedding the following weekend and she promptly said I will give you the hydroafacial if you really want one. However, I would not recommend doing anything this close to a big event. I felt terrible having booked her time but she insisted it was ok and we spend the next 30 minutes doing a consultation instead.Mollies recommendation was that we focus on treating melasma, sun damage, and redness. Over the course of the next 6-7 months, we will do a series of treatments and I could NOT be more excited. I had my first SkinPen treatment last Monday and she checked in with me daily to make sure my skin was healing. Ok NO JOKE - my skin has never looked this good and Ive only had one treatment. I have no idea how this is possible. I cannot wait to see how my skin transforms through the rest of the year!

I received the Hydrafacial and it was very relaxing and left my skin feeling clean and hydrated.Facial Aesthetics was an absolutely wonderful place to get a facial. I had a lot of questions since Ive had recent issues with my skin and the medical aesthetician was very kind and thorough in her explanation of different products and how to use them properly. Additionally, she provided some products that would benefit me but was not pushy about me buying them. Throughout the facial she was enjoyable to talk with and provided explanation of each of the steps of the facial.Aside from service itself, everyone was super friendly and made for a very welcoming vibe. Also, they were very good about all the covid protocols and keeping folks safe.Lastly, the website is super user friendly which made it easy to book. I recently had Botox and filler at Facial Aesthetics in Denver. The office is clean and well appointed. The front desk is lovely and friendly. I was greeted when I walked in, given a brief COVID survey and sat in the waiting room for less than 5 minutes.. My appointment was with Krissy Melvin PA. She is a master of her craft! She takes time at the beginning of the appointment to discuss goals and concerns. Next came pictures which we could enlarge to further see problem areas. Krissy took the time to explain the process as well as what she recommend be done. She made me feel comfortable with her recommendations and I was ready to start! Krissy definitely knows what she is doing and takes her time doing it so that it’s perfect! I’ve been to other places that have me rushed in and out in 15-20 minutes. Not so here! And the results showed it! I’ve never been so happy with my Botex and filler. It was perfectly done. I highly recommend Facial Aesthetics and Krissy Melvin PA.

Pros:- The staff was very nice and gave me a coupon card after the procedure.- Place was niceCons:The reason why I came to Facial Aesthetics was to start the process of getting my nasal crease removed. The microdermabrasion/chemical peel didnt help at all, it made my skin worse.Story: After the procedure, I felt wonderful, my skin was glowing. But, a couple hours later, my skin started to actually react to the products. Small chemical burns developed under my eyes, and are still there days later. My face looked better before I got the procedure. Im stuck with my nasal crease, and now I have chemical burns under my eyes too. My skin journey has been emotional, and I just wanted to look and feel good 😔The staff was very nice to me, hence the 3 stars. Although, I just dont think I would spend $150 again, for these results.- Marie
