Scheduled a delivery online for last Thursday 4/15 with a 3-7 arrival window, the delivery never showed up. Spent over 2 hours on hold trying to connect with someone that could give an update, to finally connect with a very rude representative that said Pilot doesnt have online scheduling and so there was no delivery scheduled call back in the morning and hang up on me. Called in the morning and was told it was on the truck for today and the driver would call me with a delivery time. Waited 2 hours then called back then I was told it is actually being delivered by their sister company Cross Country Freight and I needed to contact them cause there is no way I would have got a delivery schedule from Pilot
