Horrible customer service. I work the local airlines and was picking up a package that was being sent through MY AIRLINES cargo service. These guys weren’t trying to let me use their phone to get the tracking info they need to locate my package. We work for the SAME company. Devyn was rude. The guys here were looking at me like I’m stupid.

OMG! Worst customer service ever! I had to battle for two days to get my puppy on the plan and then when they finally leaving him on they charged my credit card 3 times! And right before Christmas! I had to set on hold for over two hours to try and get the money back. Only for then to lie and say that there was nothing that they could do and I had to call my bank. So then I had to set on hold with the bank 2 times for hours and open a case to fight it! Never use this airline; they SUCK!
Kept my babbies safe as they flew. Very pleased!!!
If I could give zero stars I would. They lost my dog when she was being shipped to me. They found her but I had to wait for hours before they were able to tell me where and how my dog was. It took an extra day to get her home and 2 extra flights. She and her kennel were completely soiled. There was only one good employee in the whole time dealing with this issue other than her the customer service has been horrible and slow. It has taken 2 months to get a response saying they will refund the shipping cost but none of the extra costs incurred as a result (the hours spent waiting and not working the extra trip to the facility which was an hour from home) and it will probably take another month just to get the check. If you have to ship your pet DO NOT USE DELTA they do not care about you or your pet.

These workers are incompetent. They make decisions by their assumptions vice the rules and regulations.
Poor customer service from Daryl, she was grumpy and unhelpful, didnt know what happened to my package since she couldnt find it, shechecked it in but apparently she just does that automatically whether it is actually there or not, told to just come back later at no specified time. Front desk Delta at the actual airport is even worse...
