Very disappointing experience with American Airlines Cargo. They did absolutely everything to stop my son from being able to get his Active Military Discount which they advertise so proudly. You should be ashamed. They actually said there are no flights available for the discount, but plenty of available flights without the discount on 1 days notice. Our family will never fly American again if they dont fix this.
