FRSTeam are rockstars! Came out on a weekend with short notice to collect my things, were not only professional but also really nice people. They kept me updated on the status of cleaning, and delivered my belongings back to me in perfect condition. Everything was carefully packed and organized and Im so happy with the result.

These guys are so awesome! Everyone kept in touch with us frequently to make sure we either had what we needed or to just check to see how things were going in general. Can’t say enough about their customer service! And from what i have seen of our clothes and household items they were done impeccably!

FRSTeam was outstanding. They constantly kept in touch to be sure we didn’t need anything and gave us incredible service. When we needed items cleaned in a rush, they were Johnny-on-the-spot.

The moving and storage company that held our household goods hired FRSTeam to handle the water damage of our HHG. The moving and storage company stated that FRSTeam discarded our belongings without our knowledge or permission. They also took 6 weeks to send us the authorization to clean our damaged belongings. Items that were cleaned by them and indicated on the reports, were either stolen or mishandled by them because they were never received by us. We were missing over 1/4 of our belongings and another 40% were still water damaged. This company is a joke and their workers dishonest or thieves. A lifetime of memories has been lost due to their negligence and mishandling of my property. Avoid them at all costs.

I had FRSTeam help us with restoring all the soft-goods (clothes, drapes, etc) which were smoke damaged. They showed up right away, inventoried everything they were handling, boxed everything and took to their facility. They returned everything after the house was restored and did an excellent job! I highly recommend them!

FRSTeam worked very closely with us during an extremely trying time--a house fire. They were communicative (on a weekly basis) and always willing to go beyond what was necessary to assist us. We appreciate the whole team!

Great quality! I cant believe how fast, friendly, and quick the service and people were. In a time of emergency I would use them every time.

Many things were missing but they wanted to give me $50 for something that was worth over $200. They claimed they werent on the list but I got my cheaper ones back from them and they claimed they werent on the list either. Not happy with their service. I didnt hey paid back for anything that was missing.

I own a local restoration company and have worked closely with FRS on numerous projects.When referring out a company is is crucial I recommend a company who has integrity and is in line with the service I provide. FRSs customer service and communication is second to none. Drew has been great on every project we have referred his way. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone I know. They’ve been harassing us for payment over an estimate I NEVER requested, NEVER signed for or needed! Shame on you guys for your shady business tactics. Beware!
