We havent been impressed with the process for getting estimates and scheduling, but the guys who did the actual mold removal work on our house far exceeded expectations. They were efficient and thorough, incredibly respectful of our home, and answered any questions we had with a smile and great attitude. They went so far as to work around our babys nap schedule (handling louder stuff while he was awake), which we 100% did not expect. Seriously went above and beyond.

I had just finished my basement, when my water heater went out and leaked water on my new wood floors and new tile in my basement. The wood was warped and lifting. I called Jim Minter, and within a couple hours, he and his crew were there helping me. They were instrumental in speaking with the insurance company and making sure that was handled, to making sure no mold issues would start, had fans under the house, in the area of the leak, and the area concealed off for proper drying. They also handled taking care of getting my tile replaced and my wood floors repaired with new wood.It was a great experience, and I’m extremely pleased with Jim Minter and the way he helped and got things done quickly. We have used CCS a few times in the last 5 years for water damage in our home. Both times they were very easy to deal with and very responsive to get the damaged areas (our entire basement the first time, and then a leak in the basement ceiling the second time) dried and tested for mold etc. They used protective barriers to keep any mold-contaminated air, etc from circulating which was much appreciated with our little ones. Hope I never have water damage but would use them again in a heart beat

However, since we did; we were very happy that CCS was there to clean and replace the damaged flooring and fixtures. Our master bathroom looks better than it did when we first moved in.

When we had a house fire recently, a friend recommended we use Belfor for our cleanup and rebuild. After all, they were the largest name in the business so they had to be good, right? WRONG! CCS has been remarkable. When my fridge leak and got water all over my hardwood floor and under the wall into my dining room, I was really concerned that I would have to replace my flooring. They were quick to come out and used their equipment to dry everything out and really minimized the damaged. I was able to get a hold of someone after hours on a weekend and they came out the next day! My floor didnt have to be replaced. Everyone I worked with was super kind and companionate to our situation. It was an inconvenience but CCS helped make it better with their great customer service!

A water pipe in our basement broke after a recent record-breaking cold spell. Edgar and Logan came out on a Sunday night to move furniture, clean up water, take out soaking padding under the carpet set up blowers and a dehumidifier. It sounds simpler than it was. These guys did an excellent job! We had a roof leak and they came, dried out the area and went a step further to remove a piece of drywall along with a bunch of wet insulation. They sealed the area water got in and will be back to confirm the area stays dry and doesn’t leak. I was impressed at their work. I will say that scheduling and timing was sub par, but their work definitely made up for it.

Project took a little longer than we might have hoped, but they and their subcons did very good work.

Augustine and Yoandry were very professional and kind. You could tell they were knowledgeable about their service and provided very clear instructions to get the best results. They did miss their arrival window both times, although they did call to provide a new arrival window and apologized frequently.
