Wrong Company...recommend removing...dont want to promote, or degrade, this company.

I used Apex Security in the Roaring Fork Valley for over 10 years. In 2019 my home was without security for 3 months (second home). I called to have a tech specialist repair my system. No one repeatedly showed up, so I canceled service and moved on to Proguard. I am now receiving letters from AAA Collections on a contract that I canceled over the phone. Beware!

I worked with Apex System’s Clinical Systems/ IT Recruiter Melissa Bingham, who got me placed with a company that I absolutely love! Melissa was thorough, professional, and above all kind throughout the entire process. I can’t recommend her enough - if you go through Apex for job placement, you should hope to get paired up with her!

The representative that contacted me presented poor preparation, reading comprehension, and was unprofessional. I do not recommend any agency that doesnt read an applicants qualifications before reaching out.

Im writing the review in hopes that future companies wanting to use Apex and people looking for a job at Apex can find this helpful. My review of Apex Systems and specifically, recruiter Dominic Pellettiere is that of low, low marks. Obviously, people who get jobs from Apex are going to give them high marks and conversely, maybe people who didnt get a job with Apex may give them low marks. However, my review is not about the fact that I did not get a job from Apex, but rather, the lack of class and communication and overall experience in working with Dominic Pellettiere is the reason why I give Dominic and Apex such low marks. First off, Dominic lied about the job being available and kept me hoping that the job was still open when in fact the job was not available.I suggest not using Apex and not trusting Dominic Pellettiere.

I teched out and passed and waited patiently but no response from Dominique Pellettiere or Ainsley Oates. Working with Apex Systems is why I hate working with recruiters.I’m going to tell all of my co workers and various military contract companies my experience in working with Apex and why they should not use Apex.
