Today, I had the opportunity to work with two different technicians (Scott and Keith) on two separate issues on machines in our office. Their communication, skill and determination to solve the problems were extraordinary and it was a very positive experience. We dont often think of IT issues with an expectation that it will be a pleasant experience however they delivered.... And, of course, we generally hope that we dont have to talk too often to IT but if we have to, its great to know we have such awesome teams available to us!!

My professional background has been in the IT industry, doing pretty much what these guys do. The company I now work for uses LC for their IT support, and they know their stuff. Response times are great, and if its a problem they cant immediately fix, theyre really good at getting back to you with a solution as quickly as they can. They are always available whenever I need them. Technically, I can fix most of the problems I encounter on my own, but having these guys on my team takes the pressure of extra work off me.

I wanted to make a nice comment about your staff. When they come to our office they are friendly and nice and they actually LISTEN to what we want and fix it! I know that sounds basic but our previous providers were not always so; I would mention needing help with something and they would either not stop by my desk or loosely allude to the idea of fixing it remotely or whatever. But the other day Tony actually came to desk to help me because a co-worker mentioned to him I may need help.
