Analytics Computers has been the best IT decision our business has made. Very good service

Be aware of this company. They had me sign a 1-year contract that included a 90 day trial period that states you can cancel at any time. My business, just like so many others, had to shut down due to the corona virus mandate. I sent an email to Analytics stating I needed to stop their service as there was no one in the office. This email was sent within the 90 days, but they never replied. Instead they just kept sending their invoices each month and provided our company with no services. I reiterated that I did not want their service. I spoke to one of the principles at the company directly & explained that I sent them an email prior to the 90 days and requested the service to stop. No one from their company has been here since March & they have not performed any service for our company except for adding webroot which is some internet security software that I have asked them to remove months ago. BTW you cannot get this software removed from your server or PCs without their permission which now is a problem for us. Anyway, they are now demanding payment for all the months since the trial ended and turned this over to a collection service. How desperate for business during these difficult times can they be? You would think they would honor their 90-day clause especially during this pandemic that we are all trying to live through. This is not a service you want to do business with. STAY AWAY.

Our firm uses Analytics for all of our computer needs. They are knowledgeable and they are there for us in any emergency. David Johnson is our computer guy. We have great respect for David. He speaks our language and knows how to help us even if we do not know how to describe the problem. David is (it seems) always available when we need him. We are a small business without a traditional IT department. Analytics fills that gap for us. We have been with working Calvin and his crew for over 12 years now and continue to be impressed with the quality of their service! In recent years Analytics has developed a call-in Help Desk that allows for immediate resolution of issues as they arise. Greg comes to our office to provide periodically to deal with larger problems and do hands-on updates and “cleaning” of our computers. Can’t say enough about this company! Speedy, thorough, and very nice folks!
