I was referred to Yelena by a neighbor who has been using them for a while. I am not sure why the other reviews are not more positive, but I have had nothing but excellent service delivered by Yelenas crew. The price I was given for my 3,900 sq.ft. home was fair, communication with Yelena is easy, the cleaning crew always arrives on time, and the house is spotless when they leave. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Denver Cleaning Group.

Id give less than a star if I could. Two ladies came to clean my home yesterday, spent most of their time talking on their cell phones than actually cleaning, yet tried to charge me extra for going over the seven hours they had originally estimated.This would have been fine if the cleaning services were done well, but they were sub par at best. I had to clean over what they had finished myself.The ladies were still cleaning as I left my home last night (we havent moved in yet) and to top it off I arrived this morning to my front door completely unlocked.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Yelena and her cleaning crews are amazing. She is super responsive and very flexible with scheduling and they cleaners always to an incredible job. We have been using them for a couple of years now at our property in Denver and we will continue to do so.

I had chosen Denver cleaning group based on the website description of a one time deep clean before our newborn arrives. In a string of bad luck, my car window was smashed and my purse stolen, with all my cards, and a decent amount of cash. I had to cancel the cleaning a week prior to our set date, as I now had to pay for a broken window, new ID, wait for new credit and debit cards, etc.My one star comes from this...As a baby gift, a family friend was trying to surprise me by paying for the service, by having my mother ask about it to get the name and contact information. Next day she calls me, very frustrated that she wasnt able to surprise me because Yelena had no recollection of who I was, or what I wanted done. She accused my friend of trying to scam her by being a marketer.(what?! She was trying to PAY you). She was disrespectful and rude.Now, after reading other reviews, which I should have done in the first place, Im glad we have decided to go with another company.Do yourself a favor, and stay away.

Was a huge mistake, got ripped off. There was no evidence after they left that anything was cleaned at all.

The owner is so rude!!!

They stole from a mentally ill older man. Galena came to help clean and took $100 out of his wallet. She was the only one there. We called the owners and they wouldnt do anything about it.
