Absolutely the best carpet cleaning weve ever had. Mo was very thorough in explaining what he could do, the chemicals required, and how to care for the carpet afterwards. More importantly, however, he was thorough in the cleaning itself, both with his machine and manually. We were just looking for a cleaning to get us by until a carpet replacment, but given how it looks after his cleaning, well keep it!

They did such a great job, and quickly! I thought my carpet was trash and going to need to be replaced (its 14 years old, and we have kids and pets!), but I wanted to spruce it up a little to sell the house. Absolute crooks! Their 5 star ratings are from employees. Quoted and guaranteed an amount for the cleaning but when they finished they claimed that there were stains, bad spots, and had to do more work, on carpet that was only 1 1/2 years old. No kids and no pets. Price ended up double the original and there was nothing I could do or say because they finished the job before telling me. They are underhanded co artists!

This was the best experience I have ever had with carpet cleaning. Their customer service was exceptional and the took such good care not to damage my home in any way by bringing corner guards and wood floor coverings. I gave their receptionist my dimensions of the rooms with carpet and the estimate she gave me was what I got charged. They were not the cheapest cleaner I called - I would say they were in the midrange for price- and its worth paying for the quality and hard work they provide. Everything was superior to my past experiences. Mo was fun and cute, too!

These guys made my day. Our 60 pound puppy (5 months old) destroyed our very light carpet. Between her giant muddy paws, housetraining accidents and getting sick, I thought we were going to have to rip and replace. They came out the same day I called and were meticulous. Be prepared, as they are by no means the least expensive, but our carpets look better than they have after any other clean. And, the guys are good-looking, to boot! (Or at least have a great sense of humor :-) )

I contracted with AmeraClean to performing a carpet cleaning in my apartment complex. My wife and I are a very busy team for several clients. Thus, the specialist was prompt and communicated thoroughly for the job.The carpets came clean, no stains etc.We have two dogs who are shedding at the moment and thus he was able to pull and remove all the embedded fur and left us with the sense of cleaned carpets.I will be calling them again in the future.

WOW! This was my last desperate attempt to clean the carpet in my new apartment before replacing it completely. I called Ameraclean because the previous tenant let their dog pee all over the carpet and nothing was getting rid of the smell. Mo walked in and immediately spotted a yellow stain that I hadnt even seen! We deep cleaned a few trouble areas and did the normal 3 step process on the rest. Seeing yellow liquid get sucked out of my carpet with the water claw was amazing and I was so happy to see the old urine getting sucked away with my own eyes. Mo walked us through the entire process and even got down on his hands and knees with me to smell the carpet. He underpromised and over delivered and he truly cares for his work and customers. I had a terrific experience with AmeriClean, and wanted to share. I found this company by doing a Google search for carpet cleaning pet stains Denver, and Im sure glad they popped up first! I filled out a form online, describing my issue (below):I desperately need just ONE area of carpet cleaned (dining room) that has some pretty major pet odor (Ive gotten rid of most of the stains). Im not sure if you do just one room, so I could certainly do more, but do not need the whole house done. Ideally, I would like this done before this Sunday. I just got wrangled into hosting a brunch. :)This was submitted on Tuesday afternoon, and I had a quote via email and phone call within 2 hours. I made the appointment for Saturday, and the technician was here within the one hour time frame they quoted me. I was quoted $195 for the job, and when the tech came in, he could immediately smell the odor, so the quote went up to $225. Not a big deal. The technician then used this tool to check the salt level (I think?) of the carpet, which shows how much urine is concentrated in each area. It was beeping a lot. :( He even got down on his hands and knees to smell areas that he thought might need a heavy duty treatment. Now thats dedication!! He then explained that while he would do his best, they couldnt guarantee that the cleaning would get the odor/stains out of the carpet. I was desperate, so I asked him to move forward. He then offered to clean my other carpeted area on the main floor for a small additional charge, and I accepted.The technician showed me the steps that he would take to clean the carpet, and even had me watch as he put on the initial treatment. I smelled the spot before, and again after the treatment (which in total took just over an hour), and it was a CRAZY difference. Just walking in from outside is a HUGE difference as well - my house actually smells fresh and clean instead of stale and covered up (by those nasty perfume-y plug ins). Im anxious to see how i holds up, and am definitely having AmeriClean back out to clean the rest of my home in the near future.Thanks Mo! :)

I just had my carpet cleaned. It is a 20 year old carpet and had many old stains that I couldnt get out completely with my carpet shampoo.I was ready to get a new carpet, but saw the Americlean ad on Google. They seemed like a quality company. They use natural products so no chemicals to breath in. Just a nice clean rug!I did the right thing! My carpet looks brand new! He used a sterilizer spray at my request to remove the allergens and germs.I couldnt be happier!
