I have been working at IntelliSource for over 4 years now and have been really impressed with the culture and experience. IntelliSource is a quick growing company with entrepreneurial spirit. The senior leadership team does try their best to ensure positive growth for all employees, and that goes really far in my book. Everyone that I work with at IntelliSource have been just amazing people, that go out of their way to really make a difference. This company is a work hard company and, they are also a play hard company too. Going through the leadership series for this company has really allowed me to grow myself personally and professionally, and I am very grateful for all the experience the teams and leadership teams have been providing. Top notch company to work with and grow with.

I love working at IntelliSource! While it is a large, national company - the culture and experience is that of a close knit group that truly cares about the people, their customers and their work. It has given me an opportunity to go through the Leadership Series and be promoted within my area of expertise. Everyone at IntelliSource works hard to get the job done and they truly value all of the employees!!

IntelliSource has provided me with possibilities and opportunities for growth, both professionally and personally, in the 10+ years that I have worked with the company. Within months of being hired, I quickly learned that IntelliSource places value on the person in the chair and not merely filling the chair itself.Through leadership training and professional development, I have grown into new and different roles collecting crucial work experience along the way. From processing customer orders and interfacing with end users to managing complex operations with various departments, IntelliSource has allowed me to realize potential that I may not have realized otherwise. Most importantly, I can express myself and utilize my strengths to passionately and enjoyably engage in my day to day experience.

I have spent 8 years here at Intellisource, 4 as a contracted employee and 4 as an associate. I have done many different jobs as an associate, while gaining knowledge and experience in many different areas of the business. Throughout my years here with Intellisource, I have always felt supported especially during the difficult times. I have been in the workforce for 25 years now and I know jobs come and go, but I really feel I have found a home and career to hang my hat on.

I have worked for IntelliSource for over 15 years collectively. The company embodies tremendous values: Accountability, Integrity, Tenacity, Caring, Passion, Growth/Possibility and Teamwork.I have been fortunate to grow and advance in many different roles with the company and have been able to grow in each of them.I love the spirit here of doing what is right, even when no one is looking -this really says take care of the customer and the employee no matter what. I am proud to be a part of this team!

I started at intellisource as an intern and enjoyed my time learning how intellisource operates. Under great leadership, my internship was a success! A few years passed and I came back to the organization and to my surprise, there were many familiar faces. This speaks to the culture and leadership that is practiced at intellisource.

I worked in a supervisory role here for 4+ years. The manner they treat their employees is disappointing at best in my opinion. I would recommend skipping over their job postings if I were seeking employment. The atmosphere was a nice place to work back in 2012, after that it became a normal outsourced company that struggles to keep their contracts from my experience. **DONT TRUST WHAT THEY SAY**

I have been working for Intellisource for the past 2 years and have learned and worked in 3 different roles over the course of those 2 years. I can honestly say I have never worked for a company that cared so much for their employees, and it is the reason why I continue to show up to work with passion everyday!

I had a great experience throughout the hiring process with IntelliSource - from the moment I walked in the door (on a hot day, barely on time because of a ball game and the receptionist offered me water), to the interview process with the recruiter and hiring manager (so engaging and just NICE) to the point of hire where my recruiter followed up with me regularly to check in on how things were going. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a position.

I worked here for nearly a year and even though it was great I kept getting more and more additional responsibilities. I could of pretty much ran my whole first contact group alone. Which most day thats how it felt. I was taking the most calls and emails at one point. Then I was training others. I was doing about 9 different things and when I asked for a raise I was laughed at. Come to find out that the men were getting raises and they werent doing half the amount of work. The company is sexist.

This company *seemed* to be a good recruitment option and reached out directly to me in regards to a position with a company here in Denver. I was pulled in for an interview about a week ago, and then got interviewed by one recruiter and his colleague. They told me what a great fit I would be for said company, and that they would schedule an interview for me this week. I both emailed and called this recruiter in order to see when I would hear back or if an interview was scheduled, and all of my attempts provided no further feedback. It takes a lot of time and dedication to search for anything remotely good and in your area of expertise, and the competition is insane, especially in Denver. To not call back, OR email after almost a week or respond in any manner at this point is sheer failure on the companys part to know how to handle recruiting. Their efforts were meager and if anyone else gets recruited by them, Id tell them to find another reputable company who will work hard and work with you to find a new job placement for you. My experience with Intellisource was incredibly disappointing and again, I take my search seriously and to not be contacted at all is quite disappointing and frustrating. It would be like paying and reserving a table at a restaurant that you have been waiting to go to for a very long time, and then being told that your name is not on their list and that they will not be giving you a refund. What a complete waste of time.

Echoing that they dont work with disabilities, at all. They make it worse.I filed a sexual harassment complaint (which they did act on) but the HR person I filed with decided to really pry into my personal life and past trauma. After that, the people on site treated me very differently. They made me regret even coming out about sexual harassment. When they decided to end the contract, they were so cowardly about it and decided to trick me into going to the other building to pack up my stuff from my desk. They didnt bother to confront me about it.When I went down to their office to speak with them about it, the HR person that I spoke to regarding my sexual harassment complaint then contacted my emergency contacts and flat out told them lies about my disability. They blew it out of proportion and subjected me to re-experiencing trauma. They made me feel like I was a terrible person because I had PTSD and made my anxiety worse. On the job, they offered no support; the training was great, but when it came to customers calling in and yelling at me, their solution to de-escalate a situation was for us to work it out, even though they wanted people to hand over the worst calls to management. They messed up schedules, hired managers who blatantly lied to customers about warranty replacements, and were absolutely unapproachable. But really, I am not going to forget that HR person that seemed to raise doubt and wanted me to re-think filing a sexual harassment complaint. Theres so much more I can put here, but I dont want to get into it.I hope IntelliSource actually takes the time to read this review and contact me about the details, because they have never owned up to what happened to me. They made me feel like dirt.

Please note: Dianah in their administrative office is competent and quick. She was able to get my old W2s for me the date that I requested them.As far as the work goes: I worked for their Keysight location for a little over a year and experienced more negativity than in any other workplace that I have ever been a part of. Matt LaFleur and Kristi were the only people in upper management that were a joy to work with, while other managers were predatory and attacked people based on unfounded gossip. Isaac did his best as well - I hope they strongly value his opinion in the future. I valued my coworkers and some in lower supervisory roles, but upper management on the floor is absolutely incompetent. They singled me out for wearing a dress that went to my calves (and another that did not, but that was more understandable) while other girls in the workplace showed midriff and wore shorter dresses. I suspect this is because I am heavier and the other women were not. Quite discriminatory. While the position was advertised as a non call center position, they gave order managers a half-day of call center responsibilities for quite some time. To my understanding, they no longer require this.I was well-known for my hard work, but I was always questioned when I asked for fair compensation while others that did less were being given raises. They tell you not to discuss pay with others but everyone does anyway. While on the subject of pay, it is worth mentioning that they also brought people from other locations that had a lower starting rate and never increased their pay to the starting rate at the Keysight location. On top of that, they created a fake half-position called Champion of Technology, which is a secondary responsibility and their way of getting out of compensating a legitimate IT specialist. The average IT specialist will make $52k/yr in Denver. A Champion of Technology for Intellisource also has to work orders and will start at $14ish/hr.This is THE worst place that I have ever worked and I am grateful that I had the courage to leave and move onto bigger and better things. I make more money and have better benefits for much less menial responsibilities... Worrying about the loss of contract every day was fatiguing. I have never been as micromanaged as I was here. Ridding myself of that dreadful environment was absolutely the best thing that I have ever done. They should employ more managers like Matt--managers that care and want their employees to be fairly compensated. They worked that man into the ground and rewarded other managers for doing HALF the work he did for a long time.I feel like its worth noting that Mike has NO idea what is going on. He is a terrible Operations Manager--I know this because I am in Operations myself and am required to do much more work and have a much better understanding of the work that others do.Favoritism was alive and well at Intellisource during my time there. I hope this attitude ceases for the sake of their employees.P.S. Do not solicit me to call your line to discuss my issues with the company. I have called your line and asked to speak with HR before only to never receive a call back.

My expirience with this company was horrible! At first they provided three different job offer, although they all souned promising none of them were actually obtained. During this process this company asked me to inform my employer that i was looking for a job elsewhere because intellisource might pickup comcast as a client. I trusted intellisource so i did just that however their response was to let me go. A full month later intellisource response to that is im sorry about that it must be tough im still waiting for HQ response in all my expirience i have never waited a full month for a response!! I have three kids to feed and im going to loose everything i invested in for trusting this company!!
