Owner/barber Tobias Romero has done everything right to honor his grandfather (the shops namesake) and his customers. For starters, his shop is at a great, corner location, a block off of Welton Street in the heart of Five Points, Denver. Theres plenty of street parking, and the total vibe of the shop is inviting and comfortable. Tobias (and fellow barber Taylor) is a complete professional; from the time I entered until I left there was a ton of respect for me as a new customer - they explained every step of the haircut and shave, and it was a good deal and a good experience. Hard to believe but Id never had a deluxe treatment, and the good price and easy way they provided the service made this a great experience. After trying out many different barbershops in the Denver and Thornton area, Ive finally found the perfect shop! They pay the most attention to detail out of any barbershop. Amazing service, as soon as you arrive they offer clients beverages. When in the chair they thoroughly explain what they are doing, what products they are using, and they ask if youre allergic to anything before applying products, as well. 100% recommended! Wow!!! I can’t imagine a more fabulous spot ... these guys and gal were warm, friendly, welcoming and made our visit to the shop such a pleasure. I brought in my son, another young boy and happened to have my 15 month old. Unlike many barber shops they were more than happy to work with the kiddos. After being so warmly welcomed I thought I’d see if any of them were up for tackling my 15 month olds first haircut. Sasha did it and was just awesome. All three boys got fabulous cuts and had a great time. Thank you!

Just moved to the neighborhood and found my new barber! These guys not only gave me a great haircut, the shop just has a great vibe from the music to the artwork on the walls. Everything about the place is great! They even handled me just walking in and sat me withing a few minutes... Sharp is the best word for this joint.

This is now my new permanent barber shop. The staff is very friendly, professional, and detailed in the services provided. I have long hair and they help me maintain it as well as line me up. They always have beverages to accommodate and Xbox to play while waiting. They offer different masks for detoxing and hydrating your pores. As well as some to treat acne. Also the straight razor shave is great. Check them out!

This place gives the best fades in Denver! Ive gone to other shops in LoDo/RiNo/5 points in the past but they rarely give you the type of cut youre asking for. Dallas hooked me up with a burst fade that was incredible and took the time to make sure I was happy with everything. Great vibes in the shop with skilled barbers who care.

Yes, I see the five star rating for this Barbarshop. HOWEVER...Tobias... the barber Hacked/Jacked up my hair... I asked Tobias if he was familiar with and had experience with cutting black womens hair.. he assured me that he could do the job.I work many miles away from home, and I thought I would try a barbaer close to my house!!!! I had walked into the business a couple of times to get a haircut. It was suggested that I make an appointment which I did. My scheduled appointment was for 3:45 p.m. this past Tuesday 8/27 afternoon . Tobias had a customer in his chair when I came into the shop. I asked if I should come back, I came back at 4pm and he still was not ready to cut my hair until close to 4:20pm. After the haircut I paid him the $15 for the haircut and gave him a $5 tip...I couldnt see very clearly in the mirrors in the barbershop. when I got home I excitedly checked out the haircut I noticed #1 my sideburns werent even #2 he shaved the back of my hair off (not what I requested )#3 the front and top of my hair is very uneven. Due to my work schedule and the hours the barbershop is open today Friday before noon is the first available time Ive been able to come back 3 days not 4 days. My only expectation was to have Tobias even out the haircut.Tobias told me it it been 4 days and he could not help me.I would not recommend this barbershop to anyone. If you cant stand by your work what do you stand for!!! I wouldnt let Tobias groom my Dog.I plan to tell everyone about this experience I wear my hair cut shorth all of the time. Tobias is the worst barber in Denver, Colorado as far as Im concerned and I plan to tell everybody who will listen.
