Walked in there was a young lady and an older gentleman. It already had a bad vibe to it but I had been looking for a barbershop since I moved to Colorado. As I’m coming in the older gentleman doesn’t have anyone but is looking at me with attitude. I wasn’t too much phased by it so I asked him can he cut me. He shook his head. So I headed over to him, sat down, and started the cut. Off rip he seemed like he could be doing other things by giving me this half hair cut. I told him what I wanted but my beard is messed up. I asked him if they did the razor cut and he said yea but basically an extra $15. I’ve never been charged for the hot towel razor shave. Noticed the lady beside me cutting whipped out the razor automatically to line her customer up. After while I just got up gave him the 20 and left. Worst customer service I’ve encountered in Colorado and she stayed silent the whole time....My side burns don’t match up nor does either side of my mustache. There’s legit no way in fixing this without cutting off my mustache entirely........

I just moved to Colorado from Texas and i was looking for a barber when u came to exclusive cuts I went to Steve he is a great barber there was little to no wait time and the service was amazing

I was a loyal until staff refuse the haircut over a homeboy which meant they wasnt there to make money, they can cut hair for sure, but not worth the wait and disrespect as far as who gets to go first in line . I stopped going, good luck! Oh yeah its always a 30 minute wait when you look up its been 2 hours.
